Indianapolis Colts vs. Arizona Cardinals: Who Ya Got?!

All right, the Colts hosting the Arizona Cardinals here at Lucas Oil Stadium today. It is week six. No Kyler Murray for the Cardinals. Uh that’s obviously going to change their offense a little bit. Murray, a guy who is able to add lib. Obviously, he can escape the pocket. One of the just slipperiest quarterbacks in the entire league. They’ll instead go with Jacobe Brassette. Obviously, Colts fans are more than familiar with him. Was here from 2017 to 2020. More of a traditional pocket passer. Uh this is a team in the Cardinals that has given up quite a few sacks this year. Murray was one of the most sacked players in the NFL so far. Uh so keep an eye on the Colts pass rush. Uh keep an eye on the secondary as well. This seems like a matchup where you know you you probably part Trevarious Ward on Marvin Harrison Jr. and then you allocate some resources to Trey McBride, but otherwise you know the the rest of the defensive backfield keep things in front of you. You know, swarm to the ball and you should be all right. Arizona’s been pretty good at running the ball so far. Uh, but a lot of that has just been, you know, hat-on hat positive blocking. As long as the Colts defense are in their run fits and do a good job there should be fine. Uh, keep an eye on Germaine Pratt if he’s able to play how much, I think he’ll be a big boost in the run game as well. Colts offense, uh, this is a tough matchup against Arizona’s defense. Uh but if you come out of the gate passing like the Colts like to do and then kind of soften them up that way and then pound them with Jonathan Taylor in the second half. Uh that has been something that other teams haven’t necessarily done so far against Arizona and it might be a winning formula there. So the Colts normal strategy week to week kind of plays into their hands uh especially in this matchup. We’ll have way for you way more for you guys after the game.
