Are the #Packers Back on Track? [Quick Takeaways from Win Over Bengals]
It wasn’t quite as convincing as fans would have hoped for, but the Packers got a win against the Cincinnati Bengals and now lead the NFC North. I’m Peter Bakowski, host of Locked on Packers, and here are three quick takeaways from Green Bay’s 27-8 win over Cincinnati coming out of their by-week. Jordan Love controlled the game. Brian Gudikinst said he’d like to see Jordan Love control the game a little bit more. That’s what we saw on Sunday. The early interception was a force. It was a bad decision. Every other decision Jordan Love made from that point on was the right one. He threw accurate ball after accurate ball. A couple of big completions down the field to Matthew Golden. And this Packers offense looks balanced for the first time this season. 150 yards from Josh Jacobs. The running game got back on track and part of that is because the offensive line is coming together. Zack Tom returned in this game. Aaron Banks returned in this game and that allowed Jordan Morgan to play right guard. This looks like the best five. They pass protected in the second half. Every time they needed to come up with a score, they got one and Jordan Love looked like Jordan Love and so did Josh Jacobs. The problem is the defense didn’t look like the defense. For the second time in two games, this defense could not force a punt in the second half. That cannot happen for this team. They have to create some turnovers. They have to turn pressures into sacks. It can’t just be, hey, we’re going to make teams drive 10, 12, 14, 16 plays down the field.
3 Quick Takeaways from the #Packers Week 6 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals.
1. Jordan Love managed the game.
2. The offense became more two-dimensional and the offensive line looked much better now that it’s back intact.
3. The defense has its second straight game of porous play in the second half of the game.

Don’t diss Joe Flacco like that man. The guy’s a legend and he looked good.
GPG!
Yeah butgreen bay needs an aggressive coach they got a chiwawa that does not like his hair out of place
It was a good win. Keep getting better and keep winning
How would have this turned out if it was Kansas City?
Matt Lafleur need more experience to win a SB
Green Bay needs home field advantage in the playoffs to win the Super Bowl the fans have to help the head coach
No 👎!!!
Get rid of his incompetent defense coordinator. He’s seems to lack the to coach an NFL team. R.B. has got to go!! Go Pack 💚💛🏈!!
Hey the defense stifled them for a half. Flacco completed a bunch of short passes in the 2nd half. Corners were all over their receivers so give Flacco some credit Give Love some credit. He's becoming more of a threat with his feet which was sorely lacking last year
This guy ride JLove so Hard. He wants JLove to be better that Rodgers in the worst way.
A win is a win but you looked silly. The Bengals and Flacco? PAk must play better to be feared in the playoffs. I picked you so play better.
That 10min drive pissed me off…
Nah, they are not ready. One and done, and that is IF they make the playoffs.
Just imagine how good their offense will be once they get Christian Watson and Jayden Reed back.
