AAS really spent the whole night thinking about how embarrassing it would be to fire Callahan after Vrabel beats us by 30 and decided to fast track the movešš¤£
Imo he was a milquetoast hiring from the jump. Seemed he was in over his head and never had that leadership quality that will get guys to buy in. Obviously I agree he needed to go, but with an interim HC itās just gonna add even more dysfunction and instability to this franchise which makes it even harder for Cam to progress. Had to be done, just sucks all the way around.

Also, who made the decision to hire this guys Who evaluated his football IQ, work ethic and relevant skills and said yes, this is the guy?
Who wrote this headline? His “damning comments on Cam Ward” had nothing to do with his firing. We are 1-5 and lost to at least two teams we should have beat, Texans and Raiders. We look like a peewee team rather than an NFL team on the field. Our team is so disjointed on the field and week in and week out we look unprepared. THAT is what got Callahan fired and it comes about 10 months too late.
Open note to Amy and the front office: PLEASE hire someone that knows how to be a head coach! The Brian experiment was a colossal failure!
Cam Ward really went to bat for Cally only for Cally to throw him under the bus two weeks later
