First time seeing this graph. I assume that anything below the 0 is bad. But the graph legend mentions team defense above average. What is that?

So Snuggerud was their best player and Thomas was the worst.
Any chance you could aggregate these over the season? I feel like Buch disappears for weeks at a time. I’d like to have something more quantifiable than my feelings from a single pass of live gameplay.
I always knew Jimmy Snugs had an above average PP. No question.
I’m not really worried about it for the top line. It was pointed out pretty heavily on the broadcast. They are a 1 line team at the moment in Vancouver and they were checking our top line. The nice part about our team is that we have skill on all 4 lines now. They clearly got dominated for a while there.
I thought Kyrou had a low key great selfless game. I think he’s gone under the radar so far this year with his play.
I’m usually the first to say you can’t argue with data. But Rob Thom made some phenomenal passes and plays to keep the puck alive. I thought he was very solid and definitely noticeable in a good way. Neighbours too. And Snuggy was good, but a bit lucky too with the second goal. I have to wonder what the data is relying upon here.

Snuggerud is great but I’m more impressed with Mailloux. A lot better defensively with Broberg. Offense is his best tool so that should sort itself out soon as well. I’m tired of people constantly saying we lost the Bolduc trade after 3 games so hopefully he can develop quickly.
