We gotta tank even harder now to get that #1 pick, but honestly I don't think we can catch the Jets /s

Ravens with a 1-5 record at this point has to be the biggest surprise of the season so far.

  1. Ravens will come back so no stress there, I think browns will also get more wins than us. Jets definitely gonna be 1st OVR and titans doing everything they can to be 2nd

  2. We definitely don’t need to focus on interior O line next year. That’s a stupid stupid take.

  3. Who cares about the number 1 pick. Everyone’s been clamoring it for years, and now that it’s in sight there’s nothing franchise altering at the first pick. And there hasn’t been a franchise altering first pick since Andrew Luck. Maybe Joe Burrow.

  4. We have a coach who actually has us competitive in games so y’all can shut up about tanking.

  5. Ravens being so bad and Colts being so good are both equally surprising to me. Especially because I thought Richardson would have started for the Colts and would have absolutely sucked.

  6. Hard to tell what we even use the first pick on. I’d say edge, but wr feels like a priority now.

  7. Draft order is super overrated. How often is the #1 pick the best guy to come out of a draft class? There’s just too much uncertainty and luck involved.

We’re in the first year of a significant rebuild. Our roster has so many gaps in it, it doesn’t matter where we pick in the first round there should be plenty of guys available who would be a significant improvement for the team.

Our 2017 draft class is generally considered to be one of the best individual draft classes in league history, and we didn’t pick until 11th (and Mahomes was picked 10th in that same draft).
