BREAKING: New York Jets RELEASE Leonard Taylor | Corresponding Move To Come

All right, guys. So, we have some breaking Jets news coming out now here from Rich Sein of ESPN. The Jets are releasing defensive tackle Leonard Taylor. Does this move make the team better? No, it doesn’t. Um, when I look at Leonard Taylor, I look at a young guy with a high upside who the Jets managed to snag in the undrafted free market. Right? If we think back to when Leonard Taylor was a Miami Hurricane, you know, this was someone who was expected to go in round four. No, that’s not a Jets thing, right? Oh, Jets are overhyping him or, you know, whatever. No, that’s not a Miami Hurricanes thing. Oh, we’re biased. We We want to hyper up hype up our own guy. Leaguewide, draft insiderwide, he was expected to go in day three, round four to round five. And in that first season where he appeared in 14 games, like he had over 20 tackles uh in rotation minutes. I’m just confused here, you know? I just don’t. Now, now to be fair, Rich did say that, you know, a corresponding move is yet to come, which could be exciting. Um, but yeah, this, you know, kind of comes at a random moment. Um, obviously, Leonard Taylor hasn’t really had a big impact this season. It’s hard to even think of one single play that Leonard Taylor has made this season, but at the end of the day, it doesn’t change his upside and it doesn’t change his age. So, not necessarily something I would have done. Maybe there’s something happening behind the scenes. I’m not sure. But, um, you know, until we get all the details, this move just seems like, okay, we’re not really getting any better here. But also, you know, behind the scenes, this could maybe be like an accountability thing. I don’t know. There’s really no point to speculate what’s happening behind closed doors. But, um, yeah, we’ll see how it plays out. We’ll see what new player the Jets add later on in the day. Maybe it’s going to come out in 5 10 minutes.   2. Taylor has been inactive, and I blame that on piss poor roster management on the coaches and GM. You have players, you need to learn how to use them to the best of their ability, even if that means adjusting your personal preferences for game play.

  7. LT3 was a preseason merchant, talked a big game but if you watch the All 22 dude was getting bullied in run D, his only true upside in my opinion was his pass rush ability

  11. It could be one of those practice squad shuffles or could be they have a deal on place for a trade or fa signing and need room. If this is Glenn's idea of accountability , him playing the tough guy, it won't go over well, not when we have Clemmons out there or tony Adams

My question is why AVT is still on this time when he is injured more than he plays…This O line play has not been that great so Breece is the scape goat??? Why is Justin Fields still at QB??? 40 million dollar mistake…This team once again is in shambles…
