[Win the Inside Game](https://www.amazon.com/Win-Inside-Game-Surviving-Thriving/dp/0063339927) by Steve Magness. Basically a self-help book, but from a former Olympic coach with a sports-oriented theme. It gets good reviews, and is probably a good choice for keeping his brain on track. Being sidelined due to injury is *hard*.

i know nothing about medicine, but based on shanahan comments about “healing time around 3 months” and nothing alarming has surfaced… can we assume that no ligaments were damaged?
