Disney would not only have to sign off on the idea but they would assuredly want a cut of profits from the game and jersey sales.
Likely cause the teams dont own the rights to the jerseys and Disney would profit from the sales and not the two teams. But I do think that would make a pretty sweet outdoor game jersey
Maybe this is what we need to finally get the universe to realize Guy Germaine was the best player on that team. An absolute two-way force with unmatched vision on the ice. Not flashy, just a sicko for the fundamentals. Real student of the game. Coach Orion didn’t have to teach him defense because Guy Germaine already knew defense. Not to mention a fashion icon and the ultimate Rizzler.
If Disney weren’t such a mess at the moment, I’m sure getting them on board wouldn’t be difficult.
Cool concept. This would make for a good outdoor series matchup. We’re playing so many outdoor games now that you need something like this to really differentiate them, imo.
