MLB ALCS Game 4 Highlights | Blue Jays vs. Mariners – October 16, 2025

Line drive left field but caught by Randy Aros Arena. Glad he just given him Max War. Round ball up the middle. Jimenez steps on the bag and throws to first and they turn the double play. Swing and a miss. Gets Wo with a breaking ball. Two down and Castillo is off to an impressive start. Josh Naylor hits one high in the air deep center jumps and he cannot get it. It’s gone and the Mariners have a one to nothing lead. Found out during early BP today about 4 hours before the game that he was going to be in the lineup. grounds it fair inside the line and he is on his way to second base with a leadoff double. A well hit ball to right field going to backhand zone. It’s gone. He did it again. Now the 3-2 and it’s ball four to force in a run. Baro takes a walk and it’s three to one. What a great at bat. Fast ball and he strikes him out for out number two. And made a good pitch and it’s strike three call. [Music] [Applause] throw to first safe and Guerrero is saying have a look at it. Tagged there. That’s interesting and you you made a great point. The call on the field is the one that has to be overturned. Have to review the calls overturned. The runner is out and Toronto will retain their count. Good job. Y good job. Great job, Sherzer. Great job, Vlatty. Great job. Video room for the Blue Jays. Erase the base runner. And again, the chant of MVP. Oh no. He went around, says third base umpire Ryan Additton. Here’s a liner into left field. A base hit. Kiner Falefa will race home and Springer into second with an RBI double. It is four to one. Through just eight pitches in game one to retire the side in order. That one bounces off the foot of Raleigh and Springer can jog home and the Blue Jays pick up another run. [Applause] He got him. Gets Rodriguez swinging for out number one. One, two, swing and a he got him and Max Scherzer is through another inning to right center field. A long run and it’s caught by Barger. Addison Barger playing in the outfield for the first time in almost a month tonight. He makes a nice running catch right here. John Snder always says, “If I run out to the mound, I haven’t made up my mind.” And he just jogged out to the mound and talked to Max Scherzer. Let’s go. Sher said, “I got this. Let’s go.” [Applause] He got him. Rosa Raina waves at a curveball. Sherzer strikes him out and there’s a base hit into right for Suarez. Palanco is on his way home. The throw to third is in time. They get the out at third, but the run does count. Guerrero with a fly ball to right. He’s hit it well. It is gone. just enough to get it out of here. His fifth home run of the postseason and it is 6-2 to right field. Over is Barger. He’s got it. Addison Barger is having a night out in right off the glove of Hancock and into center. Clement will score. And now here comes Strong. And he’s in safely. Jimenez has done it again. And that’s strike three called. What a strong inning for Jeff Hoffman. Setting down the top of the Mariners order. [Applause] And now it’s over. Dominguez strikes him out to finish it off. And the Blue Jays have taken the first two here in Seattle to even up this series at two wins a piece. [Music]

  1. I just became a bigger Mad Max fan than before. Telling Scneider to take his ass back to the dugout. I'm so sick of this manager panicking all the time, and the bullpen then shitting the bed when the game is still close.

  2. I have been saying this all week mad🐦😡🐦 Max knows playoff baseball blue🐦🇨🇦🐦 Jays would have never went down 0-2 in this serious if they just simply let him pitch but thankfully they have him back pitching again back to winning 😁👍baseball⚾ games put in the most passionate🤝 players who is the most hungry🍖🐺🥩 and who is willing to go that extra mile⛰️ hopefully they keep letting mad🐦😡🐦 Max start as pitcher🧢🥎⚾ whenever he is able to👍😁

  3. Glad Mad Max went off on Schneider…..he said what everyone was screaming at their TVs in games 1 and 2. 😂 That was hilarious tho.

  4. Vladdy may be the MVP for the Blue Jays but Gimenez is Mr. Clutch in this series with all six of his RBIs being all-important in-game trend changers.

  5. Key to this game was Scherzer not letting Schneider make another stupid early pull. He got 3 more huge outs after that and guarantee it fired up the Jays. Also wonder if the league will look at the blatantly dirty slide by Naylor, he made no attempt to get to the bag with that slide

  6. The Jays are so well rounded. Everyone is good at batting, their defence is great. They all look calm and collected at the same time eager to win. I love their energy. They really play as a team

  7. Detroit would've been NO MATCH for the Blue Jays even if they would've clinched last Friday night. I remember telling my dad, "The longer this game goes on, it's not going to favor the Tigers. I was RIGHT. In hindsight, the Tigers were LUCKY they even made the play offs, let alone as far as they did. Honestly, they really were going nowhere and simply rolled over and it's as simple as that.
