This man has been nothing but incredible

  1. Tied with Goff with most passing TD’s. Kinda crazy that’s he’s had only one competent defence in his entire career and they won the Super Bowl that year.

  2. This is the qb play we dreamed about from 2021-2024 😭😭😭

Now we got it and we can’t stop a fucking nosebleed. 31 points and 395 total yards and we lose

  3. Told everyone he was going to ball out before the season, but everyone was too busy crying because 4 years ago he questioned something

  4. Lions fan here – I can honestly say I haven’t seen Rodgers that on point in YEARS probably since his Super Bowl era. The Steelers have been balling out this season and I wouldn’t let a tough, road, divisional loss shake your confidence. Pittsburgh has a ton of potential to make a real run this year. Can’t wait to see what you all do with the rest of this year.

  5. I’ve been telling all my friend… All of us were good with Big Ben’s antics, Rodgers has done nothing near that. He said words. How can I be down on Rodgers?

  6. He threw 2 INTs yesterday, and I’d say neither were entirely his fault.

The one, DK quit on his route. Bad throw, but you give the tall, strong, athletic guy a chance to come down with it.

The other, DK got it ripped out. Not at all on Rodgers.

He did everything he needed to to give us a chance to win, but our corners couldn’t cover, and our defensive play callers couldn’t adjust. As for that second point, they never do.

  7. He has held up his end, this was a Tomlin special. The defensive master coach needs to make sure that we need the standard: 9-8 or 10-7 with first round exit.

  8. He’s honestly so good, I’m ashamed our defense let him down last night. His jets stint had people thinking we were getting a washed Rodgers but I’ve been really happy with his performances lately.

  9. I was upset that the Steelers didn’t make a run at him once he left GB 3 years ago. We could’ve been a serious team for the past few years but they didn’t. Now he’s even older and we can’t even give him a WR to throw the ball to.. or a defense that can make a play. The Steelers are SAD

  10. I love how he is like “our tight end room is the best offensive group. Bet.”

He’s really exceeding my expectations I had for him

Plus the offensive line is really coming together

I have faith they’ll figure it out if they can stay relatively healthy. It’s good to work these kinks out early in the year

  11. Finally liking what I saw. It was a tight game offensively, and honestly between those interceptions and the Warren TD callback for our own holding, everything else went great. Our defense was picked apart meticulously, which meant we couldn’t make up for those three mistakes + we couldn’t stop Bengals past quarter 1.

A lot fixable, but when people are reading our defensive playbook like its for accelerated reader, we need a coaching or design change somewhere to let perc Rodgers pop consistently

  12. I’m not panicking. We are a playoff team. I went from a possible divisional win to just a wildcard win.

  13. He played a vintage Rodgers game and the defense decided it would rather not do a single damn thing

  14. I was 1000% wrong about Rodgers.

I thought we should have kept Fields and develop him and that this was a lateral move from Wilson.

We love to shit on management and coaching, and in reality he is not a long term solution, but for this season this was an amazing pickup.

Love how smart he is. Love how he runs the offense (no timeouts to get the play off). Also love watching a real running game.

If the defense can start playing well this season could be one to remember.

  15. Yinz weren’t thrilled when he signed. Bow to your psychedelic commander in chief. Dudes still got it.

  16. He still has a bit of mobility too. I said to my dad yesterday that, despite being older and never the runner that Russ was, he’s looking more mobile in the pocket than Russ last year lol. I know a big part of that is his pocket presence and general awareness, which is in a different universe from Russ, but he seems to be getting his legs under him more and more as the year goes on. I mean the line was great at points yesterday but Rodgers was just dancing around keeping the play going for 10 seconds lol

Still absolutely has the arm too. He makes the occasional mistake, like the deep ball pick, but otherwise he’s been mistake-free outside of mistakes by our receivers. The 2nd pick of course wasn’t on him whatsoever, that was a perfect throw. I do wish we’d push the offense more though, too many dink and dunks that stall the drive if they don’t work…

Poor guy has to be having PTSD though lol thinks he’s coming to a surefire top 3 defense, just for the defense to give up 33 to a 40 year old previously benched by one of the worst teams in the NFL and then traded a week ago lol. Packers gave up, what, 35 points a game in the playoffs when he was there? He’s gotta be pissed lol

  17. I know it sucks right now but cmon, who was really that sure we were gonna sweep this series? Gotta lose somehow, at least they were in it till the very very end. Bengals barely won despite the defense playing about as bad as they’re capable of playing. Let this digest before you get too messed up about it.

  18. He’s a great QB. I hope him being around gives us a chance to develop a young guy or draft a smash hit.

  19. I am truly hoping this man signs again. He said it’s probably his last year but come on he can still win us some games.

  20. As a lifelong Packers fan, I thought it was absolutely wild when people said he was trash and washed because of his time with the JETS. you could take the entire dynasty Patriots team, put them in jets jerseys, and they’d all look like high school bench warmers. I’m beyond glad y’all were able to pick him up and at the very least give him the opportunity to show he still has it.

  21. Defense has been trash

HOWEVER the DUCK INT before the half is what cost us because it gave them 3 …. WHO THE FUCK WAS HE THROWING TO

  22. End of the game seeing both men greet each other with smiles on their faces knowing, win or lose, they just put on a great show. Pure class.

  23. As a Packer fan and serial Aaron Rodgers supporter, I can not say enough about how much better a fanbase the Steelers have than the Jets. You guys actually know ball. Thanks for respecting my GOAT!

  24. lol had him and Flacco on a live bet going for 250 yards lol. What does Rodger’s get? 249!

  25. I’m a Packers fan who lives in Cincy. It was so weird that last night I was rooting for the Steelers. Prime Rodgers was a great era to have witnessed, and last night was some of the best playing from him in years.

  26. Literally scored too easily at the end there. Part of me wanted Muth to run it out of bounds at the 2 just so they could eat the clock.

  27. Dude, how about your 300 pound lineman tackling him after his mario celebration? Scary.

  28. I know, it’s crazy. All I knew were the stats. I really didn’t watch him a whole lot before this year. Throws he makes are crazy. If I’m him, I am….Pissed. Off. Today. He wasn’t perfect but he was more than good enough to win that game.

If the defense had made just one big play, a fg block, anything, it would have gone a long way towards helping them win.

  29. I couldn’t agree more! Now if only the highest paid defense in the NFL could do a f- ing thing

  30. As a Jets fan fuck you guys. As a jets fan with friends who are Steelers fans I’m happy for you guys.

  31. Our record and recent loss aside, I’m genuinely excited for this year’s team. We actually look good and I look forward to watching, as opposed to tuning in begrudgingly over the last few years. Always room for improvement, but I think this year’s team is great
