I know a lot of guys are a little bit more reluctant to seeing him play on the floor for this Wizards team this year, but I think one thing we need to understand about Chris Middleton is how important he will be for this team developing offensively. The pedigree he has as a championship level player, he knows how to get it done while not being the top scoring option or or whatever. He is going to be one of the best offensive players on this team behind CJ McComem, but he has such a high basketball IQ when it comes to playmaking and creating for other players. and it was on full display in that first preseason game against Toronto. Just the way he moves without the basketball and how he operates even out of the pick and roll. You need a guy like that to create for other players on this team. And I think back to the second play of the game, they went on the short roll to Alex Sar. He gave him a nice bounce pass and Saw was able to take one dribble, go up and
