HOW ABOUT THEM BEARS? 😀 Julian Edelman, Gronk on Caleb Williams, Chicago on the rise πŸ“ˆ

Yeah, inner seed North, man. Boys playing some good football and they’re the best division in football for a reason. You’re only as strong as your weakest link. And you look at the Chicago Bears and the way that they’re playing football right now. Caleb Williams and this team is they’re starting to believe in Ben Johnson. And when you look at the Chicago Bears, they’re starting to get a little bit of rhythm on the offensive side of the ball. And I think that’s what everybody was waiting to see. you know, they’re it’s not flashy right now, you know, but it’s all about picking up first downs and moving the chains and that’s what they’re doing. So, I like what they’re, you know, doing doing because they’re having confidence in and what Ben Johnson is putting down and when you have confidence, good things start happening. You know what I’m saying? Fumble by Jaden Daniels gives you a chance to come back and win the game. So, uh, they are rounding out that NFC North. But then at the top of the division for me, Green Bay Packers, of course, and and you know, led by Jordan Love, who is 70% completion percentage the last three games, and he’s found a new favorite target, and Tucker Craft, who he’s at 157 passer rating when he’s targeting this guy. So, the Green Bay Packers are at the top. Offense is rolling. And so, that NFC North division, man, is one to be reckoned with. Wow. Yeah. Yeah. You think the Packers are over the Detroit Lions? I do, sir. I I mean, I know the Detroit Lions got beat last week, but I I The Packers did not. I disagree. I disagree. But how about these Chicago Bears? Okay. Three-game winning streak. Caleb Williams. Yes, he hasn’t looked great, but he’s getting better and he’s improved each week. DeAndre Swift goes for over a hundred last week. I think that’s what the Bears need. If you look at Ben Johnson’s offenses, they always thrive when they have a run game. You get DeAndre Swift in there, get him over a hundred, give him a couple in the pass game. He had 67 yards in the pass game. That’s going to make Caleb more comfortable in this system. As as the more that Caleb gets to run this offense and learn operationally what goes down in a Ben Johnson offense, the more he’s going to be able to place the ball where he wants to, cuz that’s where he struggled. If you look at some of his completions, they’re a little behind the guy, they’re a little here, they’re a little there, and the easy throw. The easy throws, the easy throw. That tells me he’s thinking a lot still. He’s not just letting it rip. So all these teams in the AFC or NFC North aren’t finished products, but they’re all continually getting better. So it’s it’s it’s a dang good division right now. Yeah, we were just up here obviously talking a lot about the Bears. Hot topic around the league. What else do we need to know about this squad? You know what they’re really most proud of because everybody thought, okay, Ben Johnson’s going over there to really fix Caleb Williams, but it wasn’t just that. what he wanted to go over also for and they’re really proud of this is they are fighters. They’re kind of winning these grimy games. They’re showing everybody, hey, it just doesn’t have to be about that. As we’re working with the quarterback, we could win these kind of NFC North type of games. That’s why Ben Johnson said, I wanted to go in that division specifically for that. I want to be in a street fight every week. Things have totally looked up for Ben Johnson and the Bears. In fact, no team in the league has a longer win streak than their three straight wins. Caleb Williams is putting up numbers the franchise has never seen at quarterback. And they’ve got a ball hawking defense that’s forced the most turnovers in the league during this run. The question is, will they keep it rolling today against the Saints? And I’ll start with you, Edge. You look last week, Swift had 175 yards. He battled that groin injury this week, but can he and this offense keep it going? No. That’s the thing about playing the game. You know, you’re only one or two one or two carries or one one or two big runs from having a good day statistically. But when the team looks at it and they say, you know what, this actually works for us and we’re going to commit to it and they buy into it. That’s when you’ll know if are they really there to run the ball or was it just one game and once you open up that running game, which off all offensive linemen love to run the ball, you know, it’s going to help the quarterback. But that’s what Ben Johnson does. Ben Johnson at Detroit, running was more important than passing, but they do such a great job, Ben Johnson does creating passing for his young quarterback. And our graphic showed earlier the big change when you see a football team getting turnovers. You know they’re playing physical football on defense. And to me, not only with Johnson’s great offensive mind, but the toughness and the game plans that he has for the Bears defensively, man, that’s that’s huge. Grant, can the Bears be that team that turns it around just like that with the new Yeah, there’s a team every year that does that. And I feel like it can be the Bears this year. Ben Johnson and the Bears, they had some growing pains at the beginning of the season, but they’re learning from those growing pains. And you want those growing pains and get smacked in the face earlier in the season than later in the season. They get better every week. And what I really love what they’re doing is they’re protecting Caleb Williams this year. He’s not getting a sack as much as he was last year. Edge, great job representing the running back. You did it. You already know, man. Thank you so much for joining us. Appreciate it.

  1. The Only Reason why the Birds Are wedding is Because They Make Feel Good When The Last seconds of The 4th Quarter That's why they win They Can Be in Front of The TouchDown But They Would Go For A Field Goal instead

  2. Dennis Allen has restored the word of God in the Chicago Bears origination. That is exactly what the Bears needed. It's all they needed. Glory to the Father & his Holy name.

  3. Super stoked for a 4 game winning streak, but as a long time bears fan, I already know what's coming from here on out. We saw this with Fields and Trubisky. Our opponents are going to start loading the box to shut down the run , keep Caleb in the pocket and make him play QB. I watched every single snap of this guy in college and it shows he is not a pocket quarterback. Hope I'm wrong but I've seen this movie so many times.

  4. Caleb has been getting worse the last two weeks. Missing too many short passes and holding the ball too long. The defense with 3 turnovers the last few games are keeping the Bears in these games. Moody and Swift are their biggest offense.

  5. The bears beat a bad team. Still settling for FG and not getting in the end zone. CW still has these plays where he’s holding onto the ball way too long and seems to struggle where he wants to go with the ball at times. I still see them as the same old bears. Good defense. Okay offense. Solid special teams. Beating bad teams and doing ok with average teams. When they can win decisively against the better teams in this league then I can say the Bears are going to be a threat. Until then, it’s just more of the same.
