Bedard isn’t taking any sh*t in year three 😳

AROUND HIM BECAUSE NOW FRANKIE NAZAR LOOKS LIKE ANOTHER PIECE THAT CHICAGO COULD ADD TO THAT, ALONG WITH LUCAS REICHEL AS WELL. >> AND NO DOUBT, AND JUST QUICKLY GOING BACK TO BEDARD LIKE I WAS VERY CRITICAL IN A FEW CLIPS LAST YEAR OF HIM SWINGING AWAY, MAYBE LOOKING A LITTLE BIT DISINTERESTED, SOMETIMES, WASN’T CRAZY ABOUT HIS BODY LANGUAGE. BUT FROM WATCHING THIS GAME FROM START TO TO WHERE WE ARE NOW, HIS COMPETE LEVEL IS THROUGH THE ROOF. HE’S WINNING STICK BATTLES, PUCK BATTLES. HE’S TAKING PHYSICAL ABUSE, LAUGHING, SAYING, HEY, YOU AIN’T GOING TO CHANGE ANYTHING ABOUT THE WAY I’M APPROACHING THIS ONE. AND THIS IS THE PLAY HE ENDS UP MAKING. THE BIGGEST ONE BEING PERENCO TRYING TO WATER SKI OFF OF HIM, AND THEN THEY KIND OF JOSH BACK AND FORTH UP THE ICE AND HE AIN’T BACKING DOWN. WE’RE TALKING ABOUT COLTON PARAYKO, A65 DEFENSEMAN WHO COULD PROBABLY PUMP CONNOR BEDARD’S ICE SHUT. BUT HE DOESN’T NEED TO FIGHT. HE JUST NEEDS TO PLAY HARD, PLAY BETWEEN THE WHISTLES. THIS IS IT RIGHT HERE. LOOK AT BEDARD. GIVE HIM A WHACK BACK. I LOVE THAT HE DOESN’T HAVE TO DROP THE GLOVES WITH HIM. BUT HE CAN COMPETE AND STAY ENGAGED. AND YOU’RE GOING TO SEE IT AS THEY GO BACK UP THE ICE. HE AIN’T. HE STILL WANTS A PIECE OF HIM. HE’S GOING TO GO RIGHT BACK AFTER HIM. HERE. WATCH THIS I LOVE THAT. LIKE THIS IS CONNOR BEDARD. LOOKS LIKE A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PLAYER THIS YEAR. >> YEAH WELL, THIS IS WHAT HE SAID. CHANGED FROM LAST YEAR TO THIS YEAR. RIGHT. STANDING UP FOR EACH OTHER. NOT GOING TO TAKE ANY BLEEP EVEN IF THEY’RE A

Paul Bissonnette breaks down everything he’s seeing from Connor Bedard in year three with the Chicago Blackhawks. Biz explains why Bedard’s improved compete level has him looking like a franchise cornerstone.

  1. watched the first 2 periods of that game and he looks a level above this season so far. every time he gets the puck he makes a scoring chance or beats a couple guys and gets his teammate in space. the second he has some stars on his line he is going to be the prospect he was hyped to be

  2. Bedard better be careful, he needs to play hard. play smart and not get too big for his briches cause there are many that could pound the crap out of him.

  3. "Loves what he's seeing"??? Fk off, Bedard tryin to pick a fight with Parayko is the dumbest thing he could do out there, he's gonna get another broken jaw is he doesnt cut that shit out and play like a lady bing.

  4. One MAJOR exception…Toevo looks like a complete scared little pussy and pretended he didnt see it when Zadorov crushed Rintzel in the head against the boards last Bruins game. Can we trade him please? He's a safety liability to the rest of the team.

  5. Hahahaha…. Bedard is going to spend his entire career taking sh$t. He is an overhyped, undersized, medium skilled player who will have no impact on the league. People have got to stop supporting these " generational talents" that simply do not exist. Imagine him in the playoffs getting rocked by Ovi 😅.
