Yankees Post Game: TORONTO wins the ALCS |Jays Expose Cash & Boone 😡Yankees Fans Should Be FURIOUS 🔥

Good evening and welcome to another installment of the New York Minute Sports Show. As a Yankee fan, I’m in a glass case of emotion. You don’t understand. I’m not supposed to be here. But if you love baseball, you got to love game seven. A pitch on the way. A swing and a belt left field way back. Blue Jays win it. Toronto, Seattle, and the Blue Jays advance to the World Series. The tournament of who’s going to lose to the Dodgers is over and it’s New York Minute Sports. It’s New York Sports for New York Nuts. Don’t forget to like. Don’t forget to subscribe. We’re going north of the border tonight, folks. Let’s go. World Series champions. It’s New York Sport. It’s New York Sports Nuts. pitch high fly ball left field. Watches it go. Think of your children pledging allegiance to the Maple Leaf. Well, there you have it, folks. The Toronto Blue Jays are going to the World Series, folks. And I’m in a glass case of emotion. Welcome to New York Minute Sports, folks. Seattle and Toronto. Whenever the New York Yankees are out of the playoffs, baseball’s over for your uncle Eric. But guess what? If you love baseball, you got to watch a game seven. So, I subjected myself to the Toronto Blue Jays and the Seattle Mariners game seven. And the Toronto Blue Jays are going to the World Series, folks. The two teams that went hard in the paint for Show Otani when he was a free agent. I even think the Blue Jays were going to make Otani a viceroy of the Toronto Providence. If that’s how it works, congratulations to to my Toronto Blue Jays fans here on New York Minute. You use the ‘9s Yankees small ball to beat the rest of the AL East and rub their nose in it. The Toronto Blue Jays have gone from worst to best in one failed swoop. And when have you ever heard anyone say and then order some Canadian food? We heard how the Orioles were going to win this division. We heard how the New York Yankees were going to come roaring back after their World Series appearance. We all heard how the Red Sox were gonna be the team to beat with their pitching. And they were on the comeup with Kora as their manager. But guess what? You throw the script out, folks. And the Toronto Blue Jays showed the rest of the analytic mental midgets what small ball and the eyeball test and the gut test can prove as a baseball team just moved runners over, hit in timely spots, and Vladimir Guerrero Jr. turned on to Carlos Beltran from the Houston Astros. That’s the kind of guy you need in postseason time. The MVPs of the Leagues like the Big Dumper and Aaron Judge, guess what? They’re not going to the World Series tonight. The Vladimir Guerrero juniors of the world who have underwhelming regular seasons and make 500 million, they show up in crunch time. They show up in the big spot and Springer and Vlad Jr. threw this team on their back. And yes, the starting rotation of the Toronto Blue Jays looks like they just escaped from a methodone clinic and they are all tired, but somehow they figured out a way to get to the World Series. Now, let’s be honest, Blue Jays fans, you just won the tournament for who’s going to lose to the Dodgers. The Dodgers are a dynasty, and the only thing we can do is wait this out because the Dodgers are not going to be stopped. And I smell sweep on my hands after this emotional series and after the series and season that the Toronto Blue Jays have had. I can see them being satisfied and have their bellies full of being and making it to the World Series. My question is tonight, who was controlling Springer’s buzzer? Was it Eluve? Was it somebody else? Was it Batista from the box tonight? Was it with the iPhone? Was it with the sensor in the jersey? Did he have to go take off his jersey and change his shirt because he was worried about his wife seeing his tattoos? I don’t really know, folks. But what I do know is the Seattle Mariners are losers. The whoers. Okay? They couldn’t win if their life depended on it. And this is coming from a Jet fan, folks. So, I know a loser when I see one. And the Seattle Mariners always have the highest hopes. I always hear how they’re going to win the division. I always hear how their pitching is going to take them to the World Series this year. The Seattle Mariners blew this series against the Blue Jays. They were in the driver’s seat and they let the Toronto Blue Jays around way too long. Now, Yankee fans, you could be like, “What happened, Uncle Eric? Did you hit your head during the massive internet blackout Y2K today?” No, folks, I’m just giving credit where credit’s due. And this could be a good thing for the New York Yankees organization. Hear me out. Hopefully Brian Cashman, Aaron Baboon, Bubbles Buffoon, and Hal Stein Brener are all on a banana boat down in the Bahamas watching this on a pocket TV in black and white going, “We need to reload the Death Star.” Warning, warning, warning. The Yankees are looking down the barrel of a strike in 27 and they’re going to reload the Death Star. They’re getting tired of no World Series. And now that the Blue Jays are representing the American League and the AL East in the World Series, hopefully it will put a fire under the Yankees organization and start doing things in this free agency that the old man George Stein Brener would do. This is exactly what the New York Yankees need to get back to this style of play. Everyone was trying to figure out why the Toronto Blue Jays had the mojo against the New York Yankees this year. Everyone was trying to figure out why the Blue Jays owned the New York Yankees this year. That’s easy because the Yankees rely on analytics and the home run ball and stationto station baseball way too much. The Toronto Blue Jays put the baseball in play. They make contact with the baseball. They make the other team defend the ball. The reason that the Toronto Blue Jays won game six were the two errors in the outfield by the Seattle Mariners that they made them actually make the plays. The Toronto Blue Jays put it on defense and make other teams have pressure on them just like the Dodgers did to the New York Yankees last year in the World Series. Put the ball in play. They’ll have to field it and they will screw it up somehow. The Toronto Blue Jays took the blueprint from the I think I just figured it out. The Toronto Blue Jays took the blueprint from the Dodgers and they executed it perfectly against the New York Yankees this year and that’s why the Blue Jays are going to the World Series. And the Yankees are playing golf right now. The Canadians, they walk among us. And in our segment called I’m an old fart for you young guys in the beginning of the episode. That clip from 1993 of Joe Carter’s game seven winning World Series home run against the Philadelphia Phillies is literally one of my core memories in baseball. I remember going to the stadium as a seven-year-old kid and hating the David Conled Toronto Blue Jays. Yes, your ears are not Yes, you heard that correct, the David Cone led Toronto Blue Jays. But this game is one of those early memories. Another early memory of baseball for me was the World Series against the Oakland A’s and San Francisco Giants where there was an earthquake in the middle of the game. I run to my parents and I was about six. I told them there’s an earthquake during the World Series and they’re like, “You’re done watching action movies, Uncle Eric.” And yes, they called me Uncle Eric when I was six. So, this brought back some hardcore original baseball memories. Those Blue Jay uniforms back in the day, I used to hate them. The Buck Sho Walter led New York Yankees. That was enemy number one. And whenever the Toronto Blue Jays came into to came into town, it was the hottest ticket you can get. And now, maybe since the Toronto Blue Jays have made it back to the World Series, the rivalry against the Red Sox, we already got that. But now the rivalry of the early9s against the Toronto Blue Jays is going to be redhot for the next few years. And I’m all for it because Toronto at the end of the day, you’re not that guy. You’re not that guy, pal. Trust me, you’re not that guy. Okay, so like I said, this is a tournament who’s going to lose to the Los Angeles Dodgers because they are a juggernaut. They just swept the Milwaukee Brewers and every game that they’ve lost in the playoffs in the last two years, they’ve omitted and they’ve been gentleman’s sweeps. So, I talk about the Yankees reloading the Death Star. The Dodgers have an active and working Death Star and it’s pointing towards Toronto. My Blue Jay fans, I’m doing this episode solely on the fact that you guys have supported me throughout this season and I appreciate you guys. Listen, if you guys were on fire, if the Toronto Blue Jays organization was on fire in the middle of the street, I wouldn’t piss on you to put you out. But the Toronto Blue Jays fans, you’ve been class acts all year long. So, I wanted to get on and give you your props for game seven. and going to the World Series. But I hope to the message to the Yankee fans, I hope our organization sees this and gets so pissed off that they have to do something because the Toronto Blue Jays are going to have a similar team next year to this. And the Yankees are going to have to do some soularching and they’re going to have to figure out are they the team in the AL East and the American League are or the Toronto Blue Jays have surpassed the New York Yankees as the organization in the American League? Let me know in the comments below. And remember, it’s New York Minute Sports. It’s New York sports for New York Nuts. Don’t forget to like. Don’t forget to subscribe. And remember, if you can’t be good, be the New York Jets, baby. Bye. [Music]

The Toronto Blue Jays are going to the World Series — and Yankees fans should be taking notes. In this New York Minute Sports Show, I break down how the Blue Jays used 90s Yankees-style baseball to dominate the AL East, why the Mariners collapsed, and what this means for the Yankees heading into next season.

From Vladimir Guerrero Jr.’s redemption arc to Brian Cashman and Aaron Boone watching from their banana boat, it’s time for the Yankees to reload the Death Star.

  1. I’m sorry, you along with everyone else has been completely wrong about the Toronto blue Jays, so far, so I’m laughing when you say the Dodgers will sweep us. I think you’re going to be very surprised at what happens when we play LA.

  2. Bo Bichette confirmed he is coming back into the lineup for Toronto in the World Series. Guy had 18 homers 94 RBI and slugged .483 in the reg season of '25. Yeah the Dodgers got the pitching but the Jays are the toughest outs in all of baseball and bring power with virtually every player.

  3. Bro, not a word about Boone showing up in his Dan Wilson costume last night? How does he pull his ace after 65 pitches in the 5th when he's given up 4 hits and 1 run and a 3-1 lead? Then he pulls Woo and puts in a loser against the high leverage hitters instead of his closer who was rested and ready?

  4. Hey look…no one even had the Jays in the wild card let alone going to the World Series! Regardless of the outcome, I'm super proud of this team. They sure proved the haters wrong.
