Smith Entertainment Group consolidating in Sandy at the mall acquired last year – Jazz getting new practice facility there as a result

Seems like many jazz players get downtown apartments although some choose larger houses farther out. But if I were downtown I’d be kinda bummed about having to go to Sandy every morning.
Don’t get me wrong, I’d take it… but it seems like a location downgrade compared to the 1400 S one right now. (Despite the impressive view.)
