Slow starts are an issue, yes. But I think the overall is more that this team and Ruff are focused on a more shut down defensively style and counter attack. Naturally going to lead to getting outshot in more games than not.
Maybe if we can push to when we have a few players back that’ll make it easier to play, until then hope they figure it out
Absolutely stumbling out of the gate. Need some energy earlier in games.
I don’t think our lack of shots is as concerning as the other teams being allowed 30+ shots against us.
Last year we had a habit of letting UPL get absolutely peppered with shots and were surprised when he burned out halfway through the year. I’m concerned we are going to see the same out of Lyon if we can’t provide him solid backup.
