But, let’s get to this one between the Phoenix Suns and the Sacramento Kings. Now, you know, the Phoenix Suns really going to undergo, you know, a facelift coming into this year. I mean, it’s a new look team. You got Deon Booker who resigned extension, but you shipped out Kevin Durant, you waved Bradley Beal, you let a lot of pieces go from last year’s team, and you know, Mike Budenholtzer, you know, took the uh, you know, you know, took his walking papers and you now you got Jordan coming in, you know, after being a mastermind with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Dylan Brooks comes in to give the the Suns some grit and some some, you know, physicality inside. Jaylen Green, I think, is someone that’s going to really thrive in this uh in this Phoenix offense. I mean, you know, he was already starting to show signs of growth with the Houston Rockets, but now after being traded as part of the Kevin Durant deal, I think it’s going to be a big deal for him. Come on. Malawak coming in from Duke, I think, is going to be a great addition. you have um Mark Williams who should be able to slide into the starting center role. Jared Butler comes in, you know, as you know, a solid def piece. So, I like where this Phoenix Suns team is headed. Do I think they’re as good as the peak Phoenix Suns teams with Kevin Durant and and and company? No. But I think they’ll be good enough to at least not fall too far. And I think that’s going to be key for uh for Phoenix this year. Sacramento on the other hand was just kind of in purgatory. They finished ninth in the West. They lost in the playin tournament. You know, you got Demar de Rozan saying that it was like the most that he’s dealt with in his 16-year career with, you know, guys leaving, star players being traded, a mid-season coaching change. You know, the general manager being, you know, let go after the season ended within hours of the final game. you know, it’s basically starting over for the Sacramento Kings in a lot of aspects. And, you know, they brought in Zack Lavine and, you know, they brought in Dennis Shruder to, you know, help solidify the back court, bring in Dario Sarich. But the problem for me is that I think the Sacramento team and why you resign guys like Keegan Murray, it’s still a team that I feel is kind of in purgatory where they’re not good enough to crack the top six. They’re not bad enough to to finish with a high draft pick. They’re kind of just one of those teams that just year after year I feel is going to end up either in the playin tournament or just on the outside looking in. And that’s not that’s not where the Sacramento Kings want to be. But I think it’s just kind of where like the hand that they’ve been dealt and dealing with Phoenix on opening night. I don’t think it’s gonna go well for him. I think this is a fe a Sacramento Kings team that’s really going to struggle this season. So I’m going to roll with the Phoenix Suns in this. So I’m going to lay the four. I know it’s like I said, I know it’s a new look Phoenix team and sometimes you kind of want to see how teams are going to, you know, handle themselves, you know, with a new, you know, a new core, but I think Phoenix has no problems at least in game one. So, I’m going to take Phoenix in this one. I’m going to lay the four and that’s going to be my free pick.
