  7. The roster is flawed, we already knew that. But 50 wins is reasonable. Last season they did a good job of winning the games they are supposed to and we’re often competitive against good teams

  10. It seems a bit wrong headed to credit one player. I know Luka did a lot, but our overall problem is that we didnt prepare as a team. This forced Luka to do too much.

  12. So let me get this straight. Warriors game planned to blitz Luka and contain him. With a defense spearheaded by Green and Butler. And they couldn’t contain Luka. While LA was missing a fellow star that routinely averaged 25/8/8 last year.

    In short, we lost by 10 despite missing 9 free throws. Despite shooting a horrific 25% from 3. And despite missing LeBron James. I’m not worried.

  13. I loved how Luka played yesterday. So much more like he was in 2023/24, maybe even better. Glad it appears last season was a(n understandable given injuries) blip.

  14. Luka looks MVP level truly. This supporting cast on paper is better than last year Im hoping with some reps they start to gel and be more aggressive

  15. I believe Lakers will eventually get into the rythm. They’ve got MVP season Luka and solid role players, they just have to start to believe in theirself and the team and eventually things will start clicking. Luka will unleash them. When the Lebron is back, we’ll get even more juice and the champion season is on the way.
