This is why I wasn’t too down on our offensive performance, could we have made less mistakes? Sure, but we scored 27 on a team that was allowing opposing teams to score an average of 12 points, were gonna be ok.
4 of those teams have only played 6 games.
Texan fans are starting to turn on CJ Stroud. They have lost games 14-9, 20-19, and 17-10. Last game would have looked worse if he did not connect on that run around and throw up a prayer ball to make it 27-19 not 27-12.
Thats also with our offense having 4 turnovers. If we just clean up the playcalling a smidge we are a RG away from having an elite offense to go with Mikes killer defense.
I think we can beat our division rivals in the second half of the season and get the #1 spot. Our offense seems to be gelling and defense is lights out.
Actually I’m pretty sure the Texans just lost to the best defense in the league
The Rams and Chiefs are the only two teams on this list that haven’t had there by week yet.
The Seahawks have allowed 136 points so far.
As I said earlier, Houston has a solid defense with some great athletes.
Jags, Titans, Ravens, not their D… IMO.

We brought the Texans PPG up from 12.2 to 14.7.
PPG leaders:
Texans: 14.7
Rams: 16.7
Chiefs: 17.7
Broncos: 18.1
Patriots: 19.0
Seahawks: 19.4
49ers: 19.7
Everyone else in the league is over 20
We are barely not on this list, and it includes teams with 1 less game right now. Just saying.
We beat the best defense in the league in week 1 and in week 5, but not this week.
They talk about the 4 turnovers by the Seahawks offense, but ignore the 3 turnover on downs that our D forced.
