Gannon ranked 4th on the list.

  1. Guys… Gannon isn’t leaving.

He has changed the culture of a locker room that was lost. His style of coaching is really well ingrained in the players and if we drop him we will put us back 5 years.

Thats not in line with Bidwill’s ideology and his 10 year plan.

  2. I’ll give Gannon a benefit of the doubt, we don’t have a horrible coaching staff but it probably wouldn’t hurt to have veteran assistants. Look at Jeff Ulbrich with the Falcons as the DC or Dan Quinn turning around the Commanders, I know he’s the HC but everyone knew he was a great DC. If Gannon doesn’t move off Petzing and Rallis I’m leaning to want him gone now for people like Mike McDaniels or Jim Schwartz then I’d fire him. Then move off Monti to clean house if we fire Gannon.

  3. I like Gannon, our real problem is injuries and offensive Coordinator. Our defense is the only reason we are still in games. We need healthy players a RB that doesn’t drop the ball right before the end zone.

  4. I throughly believe Gannon will be back next year barring being blown out a bunch of these last 10 games because we’re still playing Kliff through the 2027 season and same with Gannon.

MB ain’t paying 3 HCs for two years lmao

  5. Gannon’s not going anywhere unless he loses the locker room… which he won’t.

In fact, Gannon is the highest ranked asset this organization has on the NFLPA report card. Lose him and lose your veteran players and any hopes of signing decent free agents unless we radically overpay them.
