Two plays the Jaguar fans will blame Trevor for. This just proves that watching film doesn’t really matter when you don’t know what you’re looking for. On both these players Travis is at error.

  1. Play one Lawrence has a free blitzer he throws to the correct read however Travis doesn’t realize this and doesn’t get his head around fast enough.

  2. Travis comes out of his brakes and stops running which leads to the ball being perfectly thrown being slightly out of reach and Travis reaches out with one hand which to a regular person looks like an overthrow…

Some of y’all out of the same breath will see the Jaguars lead the league in drops and then somehow equate that to Trevor throwing a hard ball catch the damn ball .

  1. I can promise you I can go to any teams sub with a top 15QB and there aren’t clips on the sub trying to defend him enough said

  2. I really really hope this FO/staff believes in Trevor, cause if this goes sideways and he plays elsewhere in 26 or 27, I just know hes gonna ball and we’re gonna get mocked for it just like the Browns and Baker

  3. Clip 1 that ball was tipped at LOS. They showed replay of it in the game. Don’t understand the Travis Hunter shade there

Clip 2 that ball is too far outside

  4. I dont understand all this Trevor hate. I’ve seen so many dropped balls this year from everybody. It’s crazy. Imagine how Brady would have acted if BTJ dropped as many passes as he has this year. He’d never throw him the ball again. When your most reliable receiver is Parker, something is wrong.

  5. I love Trevor I really do and I want him to be great so bad I’ve argued with people that he has the talent to be MVP someday. However this season I’ve noticed a few things that are very frustrating he seems a little slow in his reads and his pocket awareness has been pretty bad. He stepped up into sex multiple times in the last two games and he just can’t seem to pull the trigger quick enough. I hope he can turn it around because if he doesn’t our future is dismal.

  6. This sub is so week to week it’s fucking weird . 2 weeks ago he was the savior now yall want him gone .. a part of me hopes he leaves & improves so much that yall look stupid

  7. Second clip, he expected the receiver to keep running. Just not on the same page (correctable) as opposed to being bad at throwing (not correctable).

  8. I don’t think that first pass can be considered good that shit was high as fuck but I agree with your overall sentiment.

  9. Trevor’s current issues are not just how he throws the ball. He also has a lot of mental mistakes that haven’t seemed to get fixed since he was a rookie.

Also its possible that multiple people are wrong on the same play. The WR can make a mistake and Trevor can still have bad placement at the same time.

Part of what makes the Mahomes of the NFL so great is how they can minimize others mistakes and play against rapidly changing adversity. Which I really think trevor needs to get better at being able to do both of those things.

I still believe in him and want him to be our QB for now, that being said.

  10. As others have said, first ball got tipped. This is why amateurs shouldn’t ‘analyze’ film and then post to the internet. You don’t understand what you’re seeing.

Second one could be Travis looking for a closer pass, so that he could catch and make a move either way to beat his defender. If the route should be run at full speed and then Trevor hits him wide, it doesn’t give him a cut back option. This could easily be on Lawrence. You don’t know the play.

For me, I think we want to get the ball to Travis with a little space and room to maneuver, we don’t necessarily want him running all routes at full speed where he can’t move laterally or stop on a dime.

  11. First one was tipped second one a little wide but honestly it looks line WR sat down and Trevor was expecting him to complete the out route

  12. Been saying it for awhile Trevor misses wide open people and easy throws and people blame the drops (which are a problem) but he misses open people and takes sacks that aren’t necessary.

  13. One tipped ball and a bad pass. Nice narrative. I saw another compilation of Trevor’s insanely accurate passes dropped by their wide receivers. Good luck with the shenanigans little dude.
