  1. Lmaooooo.

edit: I desperately want to see what the conversation is backstage. I hope this is the death of sports gambling ads and sports gambling in general.

  2. “Wait what he’s talking about? Oh get rid of the logo. Move dumbass get that logo!”

  3. Oligarchy wealth matters more than anything. Gambling in sports won’t be going anywhere.

  4. That felt so sudden and not just a reset of the ticker

Like “oh fuck, oh fuck, Dave, take that shit off while Greeny is trying to be poignant”

  5. I don’t know about slowly there, looked sudden to me once Greenberg mentioned their network and production scrambling to get the ticker off air.

Side note: we gotta have a drinking game for every sports betting commercial or plug aired tonight including Inside the NBA. We’re about to get hammered folks.

  6. As somebody who doesn’t watch these shows I’m more surprised by seeing a desk of 6 people lol. How do you run a talk show like that? Especially when I assume Greenburg sucks up all the time/air with his blah blah blahing.

  7. Lol they didn’t even have a graphic prepared without ESPN Bet on it so they pulled the whole thing

  8. “It might be in the back of people’s minds”

Motherfucker, it is front and center.

  9. Maybe a “fine line” is part of the problem. You want a hefty line, one where it is actually not easy to drift across

  10. You should have seen what they did to their app after they invested in sports betting. They removed stats, averages, records, all types of sports information across nfl, mlb, and nba from their app to essentially hinder people. Less information on said game or teams hinders the bettor. espn had all types of information before they invested in sports gambling that conveniently disappeared.

  11. We need to start making a list of all these athletes who are constantly in these sports ads, immediately think way less of you right when I see it. You’re telling me LeBron worth around a billion dollars needs to promote sports gambling to teenagers for some extra cash? People would rather earn a extra buck at the expense of people going down a long dark gambling hole

  12. LOL

“Why are we running Chewy ads during the Michael Vick interview?! Who runs this place?”

  13. I’m ready to admit that the teetotalers were right about gambling. Need to make it illegal or at the very least make online betting illegal
