Post-Game | Dustin Wolf – 22.10.25
you just start by talking about how heartbreaking that one is. Again, second game in a row. Yeah, they sting and uh it doesn’t matter if it’s the eighth game of the season, if it’s the 40th or the last game, it’s they all hurt equally and um know we just can’t seem to get that second point. Is there any consolation in getting the single point? I mean, it’s something, but that’s you don’t go into a game looking for one point. you go in looking for two and um you we had our looks there go made some nice saves in the third period there and um we just got to bear down on our chance a little bit more. How did how did you feel in that tonight? Felt good. You know what it’s it’s a building block. It’s uh you know it’s a process and I I like where my game’s at right now, but at the same time it’s we’re not getting two points every night and uh it doesn’t matter how I feel. So, we needed to get two points and keep building and um that’s the goal for uh for Friday. Justin, where’s the frustration level at for this group after another one you didn’t get the result in? I mean, it’s there. Um you try not to get too frustrated cuz it’s early in the year, but um we we just can’t generate offense right now. We’re getting shots through now. We got to keep getting to the to the paint to the dirty areas. And um you know, Cops made a nice goal off off the turnover there, but um we can’t rely on on their mistakes to create offense. We got to create them ourselves. And um we just can’t find a way to to hit the back of the twine. See all the looks on your face. I mean before Clapka’s tying goal, just all the chances that almost but didn’t fall. I mean, from your vantage point with what is that like watching it? It’s tough. I mean, I I can’t generate offense. So, um I do my job. I try to keep the puck out of our net and um know hope that our guys can generate a couple. It’s I’m glad we got we got one there. We got a point, but um we got to keep working to to find more offense.

The future.
Wolf keeping us in and we canβt score for him. Tank for Mckenna so he can do something for us.
Poor little Dustbin. ππππππ
Something needs to change offensively, our scoring was just as poor last year. Wolf keeps it to one goal to go to OT, 1st and 2nd line need to produce.
WOLFIE YOU THE BEST ππππππππ
Not his fault at all. Heβs the only reason they got a point. Incredible performance given the sheer quality of chances the team allowed on him. The offence needs to seriously step up and make these performances from Wolf worth something.
It is just such a shame that these guys cannot figure out a way to score two or three goals a game to get this guy a few wins…
It is unbelievable, actually.
It makes you wonder if some of the veterans are sending a message to upper management or ownership And I would wonder if Coach Huska still has the room if not the fact that they have played better the past two games so from there they need to build on that and for the sake of everything find a way to put the puck in the back of the net a few times a game and give your Franchise Goalie a chance!
Wolf is saying a lot here. There is just not enough urgency and effort but guys sitting back and waiting for goals and plays to come to them rather than going after it.
(Outside of Naz and Farabee, they are definitely going for it but could not buy a goal , it seems)
He's right. He was amazing today and really good the other day. He needs some run support.
Just tank a few seasons and then we are going to be beasts
We love Dustin Wolf! The GOAT
WOLF!! Dont worry about this season!! Its all for McKenna!! Just let this season go amd have fun out there. You will win a vezina and the stanley cup just takes a few more years to rebuild
The Flames need to have a .663 average the rest of the season to make the playoffs. We are doomed.
Translation: yall suck at scoring and it sucks to get screwed over
