So today we are doing crab cakes and pork chops. My role is I am the chef and the dietitian. Nutrition is huge for the athletes. Everything that they eat is going to affect how they perform. My first year was IO’s rookie season and I mean he came in was super picky and as he’s gotten older and more mature, he’s really honed in on his diet and he’s doing really well with that. We’re in Iowa. We were just talking about you and how you’ve been doing so good with your nutrition over the years. Know it. Yeah, absolutely. Breakfast your favorite meal of the day, too, right? Yep. Appreciate it. We like to base our menus off of foods that they’re familiar with. You also have to make it not so healthy that they don’t want to eat it. Different players have different dietary restrictions, different preferences, so different goals, whether it’s to gain weight or to lose weight.
