“In a few weeks” Man, I took “nearing” to mean sooner than that. Basically, still probably longer before he comes back than the amount of time he’s missed so far. But good to hear that it should be this season and that things are seemingly okay enough to come back
I guess after the bye isn’t that far off.
This is just a guess because the bye would make logical sense. Stop guessing, he will be back when he’s back. Jaylen Moore is doing a great job. Next man up has it locked down for now

“Nearing return” is OPs words. “Expected to rejoin the team in a few weeks” is Nate Taylor’s words (from his twitter). That’s the most concrete news we’ve heard about this situation, by far. I highly doubt he’s making up expectations about his return and stating them this firmly
