The Detroit Pistons coming in off of a 115 111 win over the Houston Rockets in their last matchup. Um, while the Boston Celtics 0 and2 straight up and against the number after a 10595 loss to the New York Knicks in their last game. And I’ll admit it, I have my concerns about the Boston Celtics this season. Um, and just, you know, early on this year, I’m not saying that I’m I’m just writing them off, but I we’ve seen through the first couple games, you know, they were competitive against the Sixers, but then really had nothing going for them against the uh the New York Knicks. And now you look at the injury report for this game. You’ve got, you know, Jaylen Brown who’s, you know, having issues with his hamstring and could be held out for conditioning for that uh for that injury. You know, Derek White is listed as probable, but still, you know, it’s a little bit nerving that he pops up on there. So, I said, I have my concerns for the Celtics there, and if they can’t go or if they’re anything less than 100%, it’s hard for me to feel good about where the Celtics would be in that regard. I mean, the Detroit Pistons on the other side, they’ve got injuries as well. Marcus Sasser is listed as doubtful. You know, Caris Lever is listed as doubtful, but I like what I’ve seen from the Detroit Pistons. This is a team that has a lot of depth and a lot of youth. And I think that this is a spot where the Pistons at home could potentially be able to kick kick up on a down uh down Boston team. And like I said, I think Boston’s going to be in trouble early on. Kind of like what we saw from the um from the Philadelphia 76ers last year where if their lineup couldn’t be healthy, you know, this was a team that just like I said, struggled with a lot of with a lot of spots. And I think that uh Boston could be in the same boat here. So, I’m going to go with Detroit in this one at home. Lay the three and a half. I think it’s still a reasonable number to lay with the Pistons here. Pistons were a solid home team last year. So, give me Detroit in this one. land three and a half and that’s going to be my free pick.
