🚨WTF WAS THAT?! The Tennessee Titans SUCK – Trade Everyone? Titans vs. Colts Reaction

Another week and another loss and another pitiful, pitiful, pitiful loss. This time 38-4 against the Indianapolis Colts and the Titans fall to 1 and7 on the season. And I don’t think anybody expected the Titans to win this game. I didn’t expect the Titans to win this game, but I expected them to at least put up a fight. Welcome into Titans Today by Chat Sports. I am your host, Brett Alper. It was an ugly, ugly game to say the least. And we could start with the defense because the defense was utterly disgraceful. It was one of the most pathetic performances that I have seen. And going back and re-watching the highlights, you can just see how good Daniel Jones looked. You can just see how good Michael Pitman looked, how good, how great, incredibly great Jonathan Taylor looked. I mean, if I read off some of the stats for you guys, Daniel Jones 21 for 29, 272 yards, 272 yards, three touchdowns, no interceptions, three passing touchdowns. Jonathan Taylor had 174 yards on the ground or 174 scrimmage yards, 170 153 rushing yards, three touchdowns. Three touchdowns. Guess what happened in week three? Jonathan Taylor had three touchdowns. Unbelievable. The tackling was awful. And you saw when the game started that they were going to take advantage of Jeffrey Simmons not playing after he’s dealing with a hamstring injury. And they ran right through the tackles over and over and over. You couldn’t tackles on the 80 yard touchdown run by Jonathan Taylor. Ammani Hooker absolutely misses the tackle. Xavier Woods completely misses the tackle. Just took bad angles. You had easy opportunity just push him out of balance. Didn’t happen on Jonathan Taylor’s third touchdown. His first touchdown was broken tackle on the right side. Goes right through. He had so many broken tackles. I would love to see what his yards after contact was today. You have a major problem on the defensive end. Major problem. Michael Pitman was catching everything. Eight catches for 95 yards. Josh DS caught a touchdown. This team, specifically on defense, is really, really bad. Ali Gay knee injury in the first quarter did not return and then Xavier Woods got hurt. So now, not only are you already bad, you’re starting to lose all of your key starters thanks to injuries. Jeffrey Simmons was already out. Exarius Sneed was placed on IR with a with a quad injury and last year he got a quad injury and missed the rest of the season. It’s not good. is not good. And you kind of went into this game just trying to shock the world, trying to at least be a team that you can compete and just play better against the team that you’ve already played this season back in week three. You watched all the film, you saw what you did wrong, and you looked even worse in the second half. I mean, you’re not stopping Jonathan Taylor, but you continue and continue and continue to dig a hole deeper for yourselves, and you’re not coming back. The season’s over, guys. You have to focus on developing Cam Ward. You have to focus on not at this point, get a better draft pick. You lost three defensive backs. Ammani Hooker got hurt in the game. Daryl Baker Jr. got hurt in the game, entered concussion protocol, and Xavier Woods went out with a hamstring injury. These injuries just keep piling and piling up and you’re going to lose these game worse and worse. I just at this point it’s trade everybody and you can let me know down in the comments section. Do you want the Titans to have a fire sale? Yes or no? go down in the comments section right now. The defense just it’s really bad. They don’t it doesn’t look good. And I don’t know how you can get better. The offense, that’s the positive note. You can look at the scoreboard and see that that the Titans only had 14 points. They had a late touchdown by Taj Spears. But watching the highlights back over, watching Cam Ward, he actually looked pretty decent. I know he threw a pick on the fourth and goal, but that’s kind of at that point, hey, we’re just going to chuck this into the end zone and hope for the best. So, I really don’t kind of I don’t put that interception on him as much. But 22 for 38, 259 yards, one touchdown. Jamir DK, seven catches for 93 yards. What took you so long to put him in the offense? Brian Callahan must have not had a clue on what he was doing, not had a clue because he did not do anything for the first couple of weeks. There’s a reason why they cut Tyler Lockett earlier this week and because they trust Shamir DK. But what took so long? He is a speedster. He has hands and they could move the ball down the field. Gamard looked solid. He was stepping up in the pocket. He made some incredible throws. He made some conversions on third down, but you can’t score once you get down to the red zone. Once you get down into uh opponent’s territory, you could not get into the end zone. Made a great two-minute drive to get down into field goal range. And Joey Sly just missed it. Just missed it. The team is just not good. But now you have to just basically go, okay, what do you do from here? We like put Cam Ward. clearly see that you have a franchise quarterback and teams in their first couple years. I mean, you can look at it. Pton Manning sucked in his first year. Hell, we want to go back a year ago. Drake May sucked in his first year. You saw the potential and you see what the New England Patriots are doing. You just have to hope that Cam Ward can do what everybody else was doing. Do the re opposite of what CJ Stout is doing with the Texans, even though they got the win today. You’re one and seven and you should be 0 and8 and now the Jets won. The Jets beat the Bengals. So now you’re considered the worst team in football. You got your franchise quarterback. You need to protect Cam Ward. You need to get go out and get a better offensive line, but you also really have to lock in on improving this defense because I like Taj Spears. I think he’s should be the number one back at this point. He is a speechster. He broke free on a couple runs and looked really good. Tony Pard, he’s in a contract year. You’re probably going to get rid of him at some point. He’s not a part of your future. Jamir DK, part of the future. Gunnar Helm had a touchdown today and that cut the lead. The offense looked a little bit better and you could clearly see that the Titans were missing Jeffrey Simmons. It’s time to just fire sail it up. That’s what I think. Trade everybody. Trade, not everybody, but trade exactly who you think should be traded. Trade Draymond Jones. Trade Kevin Zitler. Trade Chica Conquo. Just start racking up those draft picks. Racking them up. And the secondary like that was just the secondary is bad and you have to go out and get a better defense. Famili IR. So, you’re not going to see him for four weeks, but you have to take advantage of this trade deadline because the season’s over. It’s no need to be buyers. It’s time to be sellers, and it’s time to really lock in, load up on those draft picks. Get ready for the 2026 season because 2025 season is dead in the water and you’re not going anywhere else. And you got the Chargers up next week before a well well well needed by week. But if you want to be positive about this game, I really liked what I saw from Cam Ward today. Another AWFUL loss for the Tennessee Titans as they get blown out by the Indianapolis Colts 38-14. The Titans fall to 1-7 on the 2025 NFL Season and the hope of anything happening this season can officially go away. From start to finish it was all Colts the whole time. Jonathan Taylor once again had an amazing game rushing for 153 yards while recording 3 touchdowns. Cam Ward was the one bright spot of the Titans team throwing for 259 yards a touchdown but a late interception. Chimere Dike had another great game with 7 catches for 93 yards. The Titans should be looking to make a trade before the NFL trade deadline and ship off to get as many picks as they can.
