And in today’s video, this is the final Oakland Roots game of the 2025 season. Of course, I’m here with my girlfriend Natalie. Hi. And I have Aussie down there. Yay. And right now, we’re underneath like I don’t know what you call this. like a giant tarp. Yeah. Right now, I believe the Los Roots have their logo under on this thing and so we’re right underneath it. I’ve always wanted to be a part of one of these things, but the only thing is I can’t really see. Tonight, the Oakland Roots are playing the Lexington Soccer Club. So, hopefully we can see another win uh tonight. Um I did say the last game that might have been my last game, but thanks to Aussie, he was able to help us get to the game tonight. So tonight is uh after the game they’re doing fireworks. So going to be a fun time here. Just hope the roots can win their last game. We haven’t seen a lot. So let’s go roots. This match has started. So apparently what Azie just said was that Lexington was fighting for a playoff spot and by the roots winning they just eliminated them right now. So sorry Lexington. Good luck next year. Heat. Heat. All right, guys. Also, special thanks to Azie right there. Uh, since he’s a season ticket holder, we were able to go onto the field. So, for the first time since for the first time since the beginning of this season, I get to go back onto the field. So, this should be cool. Let’s go. Why is there a cupcake? What the hell? We’re right right next to the goal kind of right here. But, uh, yeah, the firework should be coming from this way or somewhere around here. This is going to be fun. How do you feel, bro? I can’t believe we [ __ ] won. That feels phenomenal. I am optimistic for next season. I’m going to renew my season tickets. No. Um, it’s like on a one win. Let’s Let’s chill out a little. Hey, let’s go season long for this very special 2025 season. Our first year inside the historic Oakland. All right, guys. So, this is where I’m going to end my video. The Oakland Roots. They beat Lexington Soccer Club 3 to zero. And this is it. This is the last game of the Oakland Roots season and one thing I will say before I end this video is um I wish I could have gone to more. Um I know I only went to like eight roots games this season, but you know with the Valkyries, with the Ballers, with the Sharks and the Warriors and 49ers and all these sports, it’s hard to keep up with them, especially when you’re enjoying one more so than the other. And um I feel like I didn’t really give a fair chance to the roots to to kind of do that this season, especially since this was a historic season of them playing in one of my favorite places to be in the Oakland Coliseum. And I think ultimately um next year I’m going to try to go to a little bit more if possible. The roots didn’t do very good this season, but it doesn’t matter. Uh Oakland first always is what they like to say. I’m an Oakland sports fan and I want to support them even if they did pretty bad this season. With that being said, y’all, um I love the Oakland Roots and I I love being here at the Coliseum and I hope next year will be a better year for the Roots and I hope they can put on a show for the fans here in Oakland cuz we, you know, we fans, we deserve it. So, well, I think we got to get off the field now. Um, I don’t know where Natalie and uh I don’t know where Natalie and Aussie went.
