Next Man Up (because everyone keeps going to the ER)

  1. I feel bad for him, we gave him a rebuilding year on defense but with a couple really good stars as anchors to bring the young guys along, and then the stars just died. Can’t scheme your way out of a line that can’t get pressure with an inexperienced secondary.

On the plus side, this means we probably keep him another year, but man, what a wasted year.

  2. listen, the important thing to remember is that the season is over, the team should be 0-8, nothing positive that’s happened up to this point matters, and Lynch and Shanahan intentionally field a (league-average rated) historically bad o-line to make the fanbase angry.

  3. Most depressingly soulless game I’ve watched this season. Hoping for a good bounce back game next week.

  4. The soft coverages were puzzling. Stroud was missing easy throws in a game where the Niners were giving him nothing but easy looks. I think more man coverage looks might have given him some problems. Stroud really hadn’t put up numbers like this since his rookie season two years ago, if we’re being honest.

  5. Ill say that “We showed up to our contractually obligated game this week” No more questions. Thank you

  6. Is it just me or does it seem like Saleh isn’t as excited as he used to be in his first DC stint?
