I felt like I was watching a lot of holding on this weekends game. Yes we got cooked, no I don't think it would have been the deciding factor, but I went back and I looked at a bunch of the plays and I just can't tell if I'm taking crazy pills or if I don't know what holding is. Is this holding?

Hard to tell from a freeze frame, but overall it didn’t seem like the Texans were egregiously holding or anything like that.

Man… I don’t want to sit here and be that guy that was like “fuckin refs are blind” but THE FUCKIN REFS ARE BLIND! Pretty sure I saw one hold that included a facemask. Stroud had 5 business days to throw every single pass.

From this still? No he’s not holding. There were definitely some missed calls though. Also I coulda swore the drive extending defensive holding we got was after the ball was tipped

It’s every single game bro im tired, every single team, we never get flags. Tbh our O line should do the same at this point, atleast our QBs wouldn’t get hit as much as they do.
No… If he running pass a blocker while engage, it’s incidental contact and it’s fine.
Once the defender gets past the blocker and the blocker continues to engage the pass rusher/blocking them in the back of the numbers, it’s then holding.
Holding, pinching, random tickling……only Shea or the Chiefs get all the calls. Bet the Under for every team playing the chiefs, especially at home.
Because we are a contender, the refs will always be looking at us. Plus, we are the 49ers. We’re proud and loud and make it known. With class of course. We’re not the Raiders

Pretty sure. Typical missed call against a Niners advasary. I saw this at game time too.
Its against one of our players therefor it CANT be holding.
I saw a few blocks in the back, from what it looked like to me anyway.
Even if it wasn’t, stroud gets the ball out, we need better pass rushers

Yes, there was egregious holding for most of the day. To say nothing of Will Anderson punching Mac Jones in the head 6 times (0 flags btw)
