The reason I wasn't that upset about the offense making clumsy mistakes is that they faced what's likely gonna end up being the best defense in the NFL, so putting 27 against a defense that at that point was allowing 13 points a game (now 14.8) is remarkable, and honestly we should've had at least 33 with the missed field goal and RedZone interception

  2. Correction – the Texans will end up with the #2 defense in the NFL, behind the Seahawks.

  4. Not to take anything away from us but that’s kind of what happens when you play the Titans and the Cooper Rush Ravens.

  5. The whole team is legit and they all have bought in the new guys and young guys get better every week and the chemistry is building we are two bad apples pies away from undefeated

  6. The Texans did get to feast on the Lamar-less Ravens and the “keep it a buck we ass” Titans…

  8. Texans had a good D and that kept them in the game against us but I’d also say they played mostly banged up teams the weeks they met them other than week 1 Rams 

  11. I’d never heard of Lassiter before watching this game and I thought, wow, so Stingely is really holding it down. lol

  12. So if I’m reading that right, the Seahawks dropped 27 points on the best D in the league… and are averaging just shy of 28 points against everyone else? Yeah, I’d say our offense is legit.

  15. Still incredibly frustrating to me that we didn’t blow their doors off in that game. It should have been 21-0 if we don’t fumble their fumble into the end zone..

    Then we decided to do all the dumb things at once on offense instead of just putting the game away…

    That should have been a 42-6 kind of game.

  17. What makes our offense legit is that our defense is just as legit. Without that, we would not have done well against the Texans at all. We would have scored less, and they would have scored more. Never count out the impact of all three teams, offense, defense, and special. They are all critical to this game, and the stronger one is the more it raises the others.

  18. And they left a lot of points on the field against the Texans due to just a few bad moments. Could easily have put up a 40 burger otherwise. Made a game they were dominating somehow look difficult.

  19. We are a run heavy team thats not good at running the ball, but the most explosive play action passing team in the league, and not a good drop back passing team. So were really good at our strength but have to improve one of the two weaknesses at the very least
