I work in criminal defense in MI. I read police reports all day. They are often devoid of context and facts aside from what needs to be written to get the charges in court. He may have done something, may not have, but he is innocent until proven guilty, and all that has happened now is some guy has said he did something. Long way to go to get to guilty.
