Oh yeah, we went we we blew right past 67. It’s okay. It’s okay. All right, let’s get started with the first segment on today’s show where I’m going to be breaking down my keys to victory, how the Texans can beat the Denver Broncos in week nine. And thank you to everybody for tuning in. Uh, OneTZ Cosmo Chugs, guess what? I will be at NRG for the Broncos game. Hell yeah. OnTZ Cosmo, I need you yelling in the stands for me. Let’s get into the first segment on today’s show. We’re looking at the keys to victory up against the Denver Broncos. [Music] Welcome into Texas Today, everybody. I’m your host, Jeremy Chugs. And coming up on today’s show, how can Houston turn this season around and get a dub up against the Denver Broncos? It won’t come easy, but got some home field advantage and a little bit on a roll after that win over the 49ers. Can they bring that into the week nine stratosphere and get a win up against the Denver Broncos? Speaking of beating the Denver Broncos, we are in a sub battle up against Denver this week. Our Broncos channel host, he’s been talking a lot of crap and we are nipping at their heels. So far this week, our channel has gotten 197 subscribers. The Broncos channel 202 subscribers. If you want to help me beat the Broncos on and off the field, make sure to hit that subscribe button. If you’re already subbed, send it to a friend. Send it to another Texans fans. and let’s make sure we shut the Broncos host up this week and let’s beat them on the field. This this is how we’re going to do it. Five keys to victory. And maybe the most obvious, maybe you’re like, Jeremy, duh, please, for the love of God, you got to protect CJ Stout. And I know it’s a lot easier than what it sounds like, but the biggest match up in week nine, of course, will come inside the trenches. the Texans front five going up against this vaunted front five from the Denver Broncos. Nick Bonito, Zack Allen, DJ Jones, John Franklin Myers, and Jonathan Cooper. That will be a tough test for this Texans team. And you know, the Texans offensive line played really well up against the 49ers, but the 49ers went ahead and added multiple guys because of how bad they were in week eight and the lack of pressure they were able to get on this Texans offense. Won’t be the same this week. Joe Rolls put this out on X. The Broncos defense is generating a sack on 13.16% of their snaps. No other team in the NFL this season has exceeded 9.13%. I mean, the Broncos defense has been getting after it. If we think the Texans defense is on a roll so far, Denver, they are no snubs. Also, from the 33rd team, most sacks through 18 games since 2005. The Broncos are tied with the 2013 Kansas City Chiefs for the most sacks through eight games in an NFL regular season with 36. They have been getting after the quarterback. And CJ Strad seems like he’s been hitting a rhythm. You know, he was making throws up against the 49ers that we haven’t seen him make since his rookie year. He actually was looking like rookie year CJ Strad. We saw the glimpses of uh glimpses of that in week eight. I want to continue that. I want to see CJ Strad being able to dot up this Broncos defense, especially without key guys in their secondary. I need this offensive line to be able to protect CJ Strad. And I think that means more six offensive lineman personnel. They’ve been bringing in Blake Fischer at the tight end spot each and every single week. You know, more and more and more. We saw a ton of it up against San Francisco in week eight. And I think we’ll see a lot more Blake Fischer as the extra offensive lineman, them going the jumbo package, heavy sets and running and doing play action off that where you have six offensive linemen in to protect. I think that is the key for this Texans offensive line, especially with, you know, still some shakiness on the interior. Jake Andrews, Juice Scrugs, Lake and Tomlinson, they’ve been switching out still at left guard. I think the Texans, they need to protect CJ Strad and having Blake Fischer in at that six offensive lineman. you know, you spent the second round pick on him. If you’re not going to start him at right tackle, might as well get some use out of Blake Fischer while you have him on this rookie deal. Let’s put him in there at that tight end spot. Get some extra blockers and then maybe also run the ball a little bit with Woody Marks with Nick Chub behind six offensive linemen. Now, I’m not going to give y’all the easy road. I want everybody in the chat right now, give me one key to victory besides the Texans offensive line. Can’t say O line. You can’t say O line. Give me one thing the Texans got to do besides protect CJ Shroud. Cuz I think if I asked you the biggest key to victory, every single person and their mom would say, “You got to make sure they don’t sack CJ Shroud.” Well, of course. Give me one other thing the Texans got to do if they want to win in week nine. Let’s go to my next key to victory. You got to take some deep shots. You got to, you know, last week that CJ Strad to Jaylen Null deep bomb. I feel like that was the thing that clicked. CJ Stroud after that, he was seeing the field so much more clearly. He was dotting up that Niner secondary easily, just play after play after play. And it was after he completed one of those nights deep balls. And a little chat stats for you. The Broncos are tied for 27th in the NFL. You you know how I’ve been talking about how good their defense has been this year. One thing they haven’t done well is take the football away. Only seven takeaways this season for this Broncos defense. Tied for 27th. And what’s not going to help that is the fact that they have their best corn uh cover corner out this week in Pat Certan the second. We broke it down on our show yesterday, but the Broncos CB1 will not be playing for Denver this week. He’s actually going to be out for the next four to six weeks with a pectoral injury. So, what does that mean for this Broncos secondary? Well, you see Pat Certan, he’s their CB1. They’re gonna slide Riley Moss over to quarterback, too, which he’s actually had a ton of penalties going against him, so might want to target him. Also, Jade A Baron, the first round pick out of Texas. He’s been playing mostly the slot, but they’ve been inserting him all around this secondary. Abrams Drain has played decent for them, and Jaquan McMillan has also actually played decent for this Broncos secondary. So, it’s not going to be scrubs, but still not the level of Pat Certan. So, Nico Collins back practicing this week. He’s expected to play. Same thing with Christian Kirk. As long as, you know, he doesn’t reinjure that hamstring, he’s expected to play this week for this Texans team. You’ll have a lot of weapons. You got to take those deep shots and you got to take him while you can because, you know, obviously you got to be able to protect CJ Shout, have the extra offensive lineman, but if you have that protection, if it holds up, take those deep bombs and see if you can, you know, either have a great play by Nico Collins or a Jaylen Null or Jaden Higgins downfield or more than likely you’re going to draw a penalty. As I said, Riley Moss has had a ton of penalties against him this year. So, if you can target him, especially if he’s one-on-one against Nico Collins or Jay Higgins, you know, pick on him, see if you can get a penalty and get this ball moved down the field. Let’s get to our next key to victory and kind of goes along with what I was just saying with taking the deep shots. You got to get your playmakers in space. And I want to see the rookies show out cuz these rookies last week were on fire. Woody Marx 111 allpurpose yards. He was fantastic. Jaden Higgins, he had his careerhigh in receptions this past week. And Jaylen Null looked like an absolute playmaker for this Texans team. They need to get these rookies on track. And that was my biggest worry with Nico Collins and Christian Kirk coming back is that they’re, you know, go back to, you know what, we’re not going to play Jaylen Null. We’re not going to play Jaden Higgins. You still have to be able to integrate those guys. And up against this Broncos pass rush, we need some welltimed screens designed and called by Nick Kayley this week. You got to make sure that you catch the Broncos offguard and get our guys in space and take advantage of their playmaking. Maybe a Woody Mark screen here and there. Jaylen Null if you can design some better wide receiver screens, maybe some uh jet sweep action for him. Get the ball in his hand in some space. I want to see these playmakers get some space and be able to do what they do best and make those plays up against this Broncos defense. Coming up in just a moment, I have a couple more keys to victory, but couldn’t do today’s show if it wasn’t for our amazing sponsor. I love them. Jack loves them and I know you will, too. And speaking of new features on prize picks, I actually put one in my lineup this week. It’s called stacks. That means you can choose the same player with multiple different projections. So I’m going CJ’s Dr. passing yards and rush yards. Of course, I’m going the more on both those because I think the Texans are going to win this week. And then Texans defense. I think that’s going to be a big key, which we’ll get to in just a second. But Courtland Sutton, JK Dobbins, if we can keep them in check, the lesses on both those and receiving yards and rushing yards respectively, I think that’ll spell for a Texans win. You can use my lineup or go ahead and make your own. Just do it with our friends over on Prize Picks and especially important for this game. I was talking about Nico Collins, his injuries. Price Picks, they also offer injury reboots. So, if one of your players leaves the game in the first half and doesn’t return, Price Picks won’t count it as a loss. Nowhere else is doing that. So download the Price app today and use code CLNS to get $50 in live after you play your first $5 lineup. That’s code CLNS to get $50 in line after you play your first $5 lineup. Prize picks, it’s good to be right. All right, my next key to victory, you got to get them off the field. And I know what you’re saying. Duh. But as you look at the numbers a little bit more closely, the Texans and Broncos have number one and number three in terms of defenses getting off the field on third down. The Broncos lead the league in 29.9% opposing teams are converting those third downs. The Texans, they’re third in the NFL with 32.8% of the time defenses are off or opposing offenses are converting converting those third downs. though controlling the time of possession will be crucial. Which offense can stay on the field and which defense can force those three and outs that’ll be massive in this game and we talk about you know the quarterback CJ Shout Bo Knicks but the Broncos actually might have had one of the sneaky signings of the off seasonason and getting JK Dobbins. He’s making less than $3 million this year. Only has 120 carries, 630 yards on the year. The Texans got to shut him down now. So, they did it last week up against Christian McCaffrey, keeping him to his lowest rushing total since he played with the Carolina Panthers. Can they do it this week up against JK Dobbins and a much better offensive line with the Denver Broncos? All right, last key to victory here. Got to get pressure with four. If you’re trying to, you know, drop back in coverage, take away those options for Bo Knicks, you got to make sure you’re getting after him with only four rushers. And luckily the Texans, they’ve done a great job at doing just that this year. Will Anderson Jr., Denil Hunter, I still believe they are a top edge rush duo in the National Football League. Mario Edwards Jr., Sheldon Rankkins, and the other guys on the interior. Deno Autry, Tommy Togai, Tim Settle Jr., they’ve been able to get after the quarterback a ton. And Bon Knicks has had a up and down year. Can they rattle him? Can they make it where the secondyear quarterback out of Oregon isn’t comfortable? And one thing that happened this week, and I made a video before I went live today, and I want to see Will Anderson Jr. and what he responds to after the massive contract extension for Aiden Hutchinson. Go get that money, young fella. Will Anderson Jr., it’s right there in front of you. You are, you know, leading the league in pass rush win rate already this year. If you can put on a show for the rest of this season, no doubt the Texans should and probably will make you the highest paid edge rusher in the entire National Football League. Actually, little uh little quick aside Jack, I have a list 10 logo of the new top 10 paid edge rushers in the NFL. Will Anderson Jr. can find himself on this list and it starts this week because he is the next guy up in terms of edge rushers in the NFL. If he wants to make that Micah Parson’s money, that Aiden Hutchinson money, it starts this week up against the Denver Broncos. Can he get to Bo Knicks? Can he rack up those sacks and make the other team’s offense live in havoc for every single minute of week nine? If the if he can do that, the Texans, I think, have a good chance to win up against the Denver Broncos. That’s all I have for you on this segment. Make sure you give me a follow. Jeremychug onx. You want to hit me up. My DMs are always open. And if you made it to the end of this video, make sure you hit that subscribe button for free Texans content all year long. As long as you’re here, as long as you’re tapped in, make sure you hit that like button. Make sure you stick around. U make sure you also use Texans. You can just have a statement for what you think, your score prediction, whatever, use Texans, or you can super chat to skip the line. How water, my favorite. You could always use that hashtag Texans. Um, I’m going to get one more sip. I I I I like the pace we’re going at right now, Jack. You can use chat uh code chat sports for 10% off of that. I just put the link in the chat for you. But yeah, I I kind of like the high uh quicker paste as well. I think that might be something with it, Jack. Um all right, we’re going to I’m going to get one more sip. We’re going to get into our trade segment on today’s show. If you haven’t already, like the video, get those questions in, and let’s get this bad boy on the road with our trade video here on Texans Today Live. Coming up, I give my thoughts on everyone I’ve seen linked to the Texans in a trade article via ESPN. We’re going to go through everybody because reminder, the trade deadline is coming up November 4th, this coming Tuesday, 400 p.m. Eastern time. That is the deadline when teams need to put their trades in by past that no trades allowed during this NFL season. I’m going to be ranking these different trade ideas basically on my my thoughts of the validity of it from zero to four Toro heads. If you’re brand new to the channel, this is how it works. If I give something zero heads or fake news, not happening. If I give something four Toro heads, it is going down. So, you can see the in between. That’s how I’m going to rank all these trade ideas, all these trade rumors on today’s program. And you need another reason to subscribe. A lot of these trades come via ESPN Plus articles. And who’s got $120 to spend on ESPN Plus per year. Don’t do that. 0 a year to hit that subscribe button here on Texas Today. And I promise you, I’m going to be breaking down everything that you’re going to see on ESPN Plus. You don’t need to waste your time with an ESPN uh ESPN Plus article. I’ll be breaking down everything they say here on the channel. Another reason why you got to hit that subscribe button. We are the most costefficient and the most active channel here on YouTube. So, if you love the Houston Texans, it’s a no-brainer. Go down and hit that subscribe button. All right, let’s get into maybe the most popular name around the Houston Texans. Everybody’s talking about it. Marcus Spears spent three or four minutes talking about it on ESPN just the other day. Bree Hall, the Jets running back. I’m gonna only give that two Toro heads. I’m going to say a 50/50 shot. I could see it happening. I could also see, you know, recent reports that the Jets after a couple really good games by Bree Hall, they might want to keep him in New York and keep him there for the long term. Obviously, a lot of people want the Texans to get a running back. And Bree Hall, he’s been a popular name. the Jets, they have been awful this season. And for a guy in the last year of his contract, if the Jets don’t want to extend him, if they don’t want to give him another contract, it makes sense in that run as well. The Texans could definitely use some more firepower. Even though I really do like Woody Marks, Bree Hall is a popular name, but depending on what the Jets want to do, if they want to extend him, obviously not bearing well for a trade for Bree Hall, but if not, I think the Texans might be one of the top teams in the running for Bree Hall. Let’s go to the next running back on the list, Devon Achan. And it’s funny cuz I know he’s sitting about 5t away from me on the other side of this wall. Our Dolphins host Nick Rolloff. When I asked him, Devon Achan, what is the possibility? He basically told me, “Go after yourself.” Devon Han is not getting traded. So, I’m only going to give it one Toro head. It has been mentioned by a couple people, but doesn’t really make sense for the Dolphins, right? He’s been one of the lone bright spots for them this season. And I know what you’re looking at. 107 carries, 539 yards, three touchdowns. You’re like, “Okay, that’s decent.” But he is maybe the best pass catching back in the NFL right now. Probably even more effective than Christian McCaffrey through the 2025 season. He also has two years left on that rookie deal. So, I don’t think the Dolphins are going to move on from a Devon Han. It’s a fun name and it’s, you know, a name that gets a lot of people excited. Obviously, played at Texas A&M. would be somewhat of a homecoming if Han did get traded to the Houston Texans even though they’re down in the dumps and everybody’s saying Dolphins fire sale. I don’t think Han is going to be one of the fire sales that they’re going to give away. Also, let’s look at one more running back, Jerome Ford. And I know y’all are not going to be happy with this. If the Texans do trade for a running back, I do think it will be a guy of a Jerome Ford stature. I the Texans, they don’t want I don’t think they want to, you know, invest heavily in that running back back spot. There’s still a ton of question marks around Joe Mixon. So, what’s the perfect medium of that? Getting a guy like Jerome Ford, somebody who’s showing you he can be a good running back in this league, can be a good part of a, you know, kind of tandem of guys. And that’s kind of what the Texans are more looking for of a Jerome Ford style running back, right? They already have Quinnshaw Junkens in Cleveland. They already have Dylan Samson in Cleveland. There isn’t really room for Jerome Ford. So, the Texans Nick Cacero could easily come swoop in and you’ll see some more Browns in this video later on. The Texans and Browns have a good working relationship even after the Texans absolutely fleece them in that Deshun Watson trade. Even after all that, after all that, they still want to work with the Houston Texans. So, Drum Ford, out of all the running backs, I think that could be the name that the Texans fans should look closely at. Now, I gave you three running backs. And running back has been a hot name around the streets whenever you talk about Texans trade rumors. Let me know though any player you want the Texans to trade for. Try to be somewhat realistic. Obviously, we’re not going to get a Patrick Mahomes. We’re not going to get, you know, a JSN, names like that. But let me know within reasonable doubt, within within reason, give me a name you think the Texans should trade for before the NFL trade deadline. Go down in the comments section and let me know right now. Next up, let’s look at some tight ends. David and Jooku. I actually mentioned this and I talked with our Browns host Jod about possibly the Texans looking at a guy like David and Jooku. They signed off of the Texans practice squad. Brendan Bates, another tight end. They have four active guys on their roster already and Harold Fannon Jr. the rookie has looked fantastic. Still only going to give this one two Toro heads because David and Jooko he’s a good player and as aggressive as Nick Cacerio is and kind of the label that Cacerio gets, I’m just not sure whether or not he’s going to make a splashy inseason move. He makes his splashes in the NFL draft, moving up, moving down, and kind of trading draft picks. But when it comes to, you know, getting splashy guys, the biggest name that he’s gotten has been CJ Gardner Johnson. That didn’t really work out for this Texans team. I would love a guy like a David and Jooku. Kind of underutilized in Cleveland this year, but adds another tight end threat. And we know Nick Kaye, he was a tight end’s coach with the Rams, with the Patriots before he became the Texans offensive coordinator. I think a big part of this offense kind of stalling out in the beginning of the year is the lack of talent in the tight end room. They were looking at guys like a Brevin Jordan, like a Kate Stove, who might return, you know, in the coming month or so from that hairline fracture he uh suffered in week one. I would like David and Jooku. I’m only going to give it two Toro heads though because I’m not sure if Nick Cacerio is ready to make a splashy move like that. But with the Browns, maybe that gives him an avenue to get a good deal on a guy like InJoku. Let’s look at another name in Mark Andrews. And this one, I was going to give it fake news. I wasn’t sure, but I talked with our Ravens host Joey Peterson and he said the Ravens would probably be willing to move on from Mark Andrews for not a lot right now. They like their young guy in Isaiah likely. And Mark Andrews would definitely add another receiving threat for this Texans team. Not even, you know, not even the tight end labeled, but just another receiving threat. I think Mark Andrews still has a lot left in the tank. I know a disappointing end to last year for him in the playoffs where he had a couple big drops. I really do like Mark Andrews though and his fit in this Texans offense. The one thing is would he come in and be the tight end one over Dalton Schultz? He’s actually had a pretty decent year or would it be a lot more two tight end sets? We’ve seen Harrison Bryant in that role. Would they go a lot more two tight tight end sets with Mark Andrews and Daltton Schultz if this happened? And what would the trade compensation be for a Mark Andrews? He’s on the last year of his deal. Would he want an extension from anywhere that he goes or would he just rather stay with the Ravens and then test free agency after this season? I don’t think it’s very likely. That’s why I’m only going to give it one Toro head. Let’s look at another guy in a possible fire sale in Tennessee. Chigga Conquo, the tight end for the Tennessee Titans. I’m also going to give this one two Toro heads. I would give it more if it wasn’t an inner division trade. And I’m not saying it’s impossible to trade in division. We’ve seen it before. But we know the Titans, they’ve already come out and said anybody besides Cam Ward to Jeffrey Simmons, they’re on the table. Could Jono be on the table? Possibly. I would only want to get him for a later round pick. Possibly a seventh, maybe a pick swap action with the Texans and the Titans. Um, kind of the same things that I’ve said before, right? The Texans, they definitely need more tight end help. We don’t know when Kate Stove is going to be ready from that injury. They just lost a guy in Brennan Bates who they had elevated to the active roster for a couple games in a row now. They need to fill that void. They obviously signed another practice squad player in Dalton Keane. I don’t know if the Texans necessarily trust him to be on the the most popular position that everybody wants me to talk about when it comes to trade rumors. And I have a lot of guys we’re going to talk about on the offensive line cuz looking in our live chat right now, reminder, we go live every Wednesday at 3:30 Central time. Um, a lot of people were naming offensive linemen. I’m going to get into those names in just one moment. But today’s show is presented by Prize Picks. The hard-hitting football action is even better with prize picks. The weather might be changing, but feeling right that never gets old. So, keep the season rolling on prize picks by getting $50 instantly in lineups when you play your first $5. Price fix is super simple. Just pick more or less on at least two player stats. If you get your picks right, you could cash in big time, baby. And Price Picks, it’s the only app that offers stacks, meaning you can pick the same player up to three times in the same lineup. Want to pick more on Josh Allen’s pass or rush yards? or maybe kind of like I did CJ Strad pass and rush yards. And Strad, one thing he’s done much better this year is evading sacks and using his feet to pick up first downs. Last week had more than 30 rushing yards up against San Francisco. Can he do the same thing up against a much better defense in Denver? I think so. So, I’m going the more on his passing and rushing yards. I’m going the less on Courtland Sutton receiving yards and JK Dobbing rushing yards. You can use my lineup or go ahead and make your own. Just do it with our friends over at Prize Pick. Join the millions of users and sign up for America’s number one fantasy sports app today. Download the Price Fix app and use code CLNS to get $50 in lineups after you play your first $5 lineup. That’s code CLNS to get $50 in lineups after you play your first $5. Will the Texans make a move for the Browns guard? I’m going to give it one Toro head. I I think it’s a possibility. I I mean, I don’t think it’s impossible for the Texans to look at a guy like a Wyatt Teller, but out of all the guys on the Browns offensive line, all the, you know, possible trade targets for the Texans, I think Wyatt Teller might be the hardest to acquire. He’s still young, under the age of 30, and still playing at a good level. If you’re the Browns, why would you want to get rid of a piece like that, right? Like if you’re going to extend anybody, if you’re going to look to keep anybody, probably want to keep the younger player that’s playing really well. Not that the Texans wouldn’t have interest in Wyatt Teller. But I don’t know if the Browns would be willing to let go of Wyatt Teller unless they get a really good offer. Whenever I say a really good offer, probably round a third round pick. I don’t think a second round pick would be warranted for Teller, but you never know what the Browns would want in exchange for his services. That’s why I’m only going to give it one Toro head. But he’s not the only Browns offensive lineman that we’re looking at on today’s video. Joel Batonio, could he possibly be on the trade market for the Houston Texans? I’m going to give this one a slightly better chance. I’m going to give this one to Toro heads and say, you know, it could happen, namely because he is a little bit older and I think this actually, if you want to make a move, you’re not getting Joel Batonio for, you know, the next three to four years. I hopefully they’re going to be taking a lot of offensive linemen in the next couple years. Hint, hint, nudge, nudge. Nick Cacerio, maybe you should draft more than one O lineman in a draft class when that’s your biggest need. Not going to go too far on that, but Joel Patonio would fit the timeline for this Texans team. I think he would come in immediately. He’d be able to help. And we already heard from Nick Chub this off season that Nick Kayley runs a very similar offensive play calling style to what they did with Kevin Stfansky in Cleveland. So, Batonio hopefully could come in, maybe help that left guard spot that we’ve been seeing a turn style between Juice Scrugs and Lake and Tomlinson and solidify that spot and that could really help this Texans team. Let’s look at yet another Browns offensive lineman. There’s a fire sale in Cleveland, Ethan Posich. Actually gonna give this one fake news though because I have seen postage put in certain articles. I just don’t think the Texans would go for a center. Namely because they’re very, you know, I how do I want to put this? Relationships matter a ton to this Texans team and nobody has a better relationship with the coaching staff probably than Jake Andrews. He was brought in off of waiverss from the New England Patriots, but he was actually with Cole Papovic, the Texans offensive line coach with his time at Troy. So, those two guys go way back. And we’d like to say, oh, there was definitely a, you know, position battle at center this off season. It was anybody’s job. But was it anybody’s job? Was it always Jake Andrews’s job to lose because of his connections with Cole Papovic? I think so. So, I don’t believe that the Texans would go ahead and trade for a center. If they’re going to trade for any offensive lineman, it is going to be a guard for that left guard spot. They are rotating in Juice Grugs and Lincoln Tomlinson. They’re not doing that with Jake Andrews and Jared Patterson. And Jared Patterson, I think, is a pretty decent center. I’m not saying he would be a top 10, top 15 center, but he’s shown he’s been good and serviceable with the Texans in the past. With all that being said, they like Jake Andrews, so they’re not going to trade for a center. I think if they’re going to trade for any offensive lineman, it’ll be a guard. Let me know down in the comments section. We’re talking about offensive lineman. I actually have three more O linemen that we’re going to get to on today’s program. But let me know line. Is it better or is it worse from last year? Let me know down in the comments section. Give me a B for better. Give me a W for worse. What do you think compared to last season? Is this offensive line, have they truly gotten better or have they taken a step back? Let me know what you think down below in the comments section. Next up, Kevin Zitler, another member of the Tennessee Titans and possibly a part of that fire sale. Because of that, I’m going two Toro heads. Obviously, everything that I said about Chig Aonquo. You can kind of copy and paste about Kevin Zitler, but he was somebody who I wanted the Texans to sign this off season. coming from that Lions uh offensive line last year. He was really good, but he’s up there in H. And same thing I said about Joel Patonio, he kind of fits the Texans win now mentality. If he can come in and help, if the Texans think that he’s a better option than a Juice Grugs or a Lake Tomlinson, go for it. Obviously having somewhat of a down year this year, seven games played, three sacks allowed, but that’s also with the Titans team that has not played well at all. So, if you have better players around him, maybe Zitler plays a little bit better with this Texans team. I could see the Texans at least inquiring about him, especially if it would only take a late round pick to acquire him. Next up, Evan Neil, the offensive lineman for the New York Giants. I’m actually going to give this one three Toro heads. I think out of all the offensive lineman that I’ve talked about, Evan Neil, I think would fit with what the Texans are looking at because they’re not, like I said with Nicasio, he’s not a splashy GM. He’s not going to go out there and I see people in my chat saying, “We want Jaylen Wadd. We want these, you know, splashy guys.” I don’t think the Texans are going to go for that. If they’re going to go for somebody, they go for a guy like Evan Neil. He hasn’t played a single game this year. was a top, you know, 10 pick for the Giants whenever he was coming out of Alabama, but has been a healthy scratch in every single game for the Giants this year. I think the Texans look at a guy like this, a Alabama prospect, which we know Demo Ryan loves his Alabama prospects, a former Alabama Crimson Tide member himself. So, why not buy super low on a guy like Evan Neil, and at least bring him in and see if he can help out? I think he’d be better than Jarrett Kingston at one of those guard tackle spots. has a lot of starts under his belt already. So, it would be a decent backup lineman for you. But I think if you could maybe think of the Eagles with Mai Beckton, right? He was an outcast, was not going to play for the New York Jets, and everybody was like, he sucks at tackle. They push him in at guard and what happened? He became one of the best guards in a hot commodity this off seasonason, signed by the LA Chargers. Evan Neil can possibly be the next guy in that mold. 67 340 lbs. I think he could be a decent player for this Texans team. And if they’re looking at bringing in a guy, I think this is a perfect boil candidate. I I asked our Giants host, Marshall Green. He said seventh round pick in 2027 gets it done. If that’s all it takes, yeah, I’m okay with that. Jackson Powers Johnson, somebody who I have said would be a good match for this Texans team. What is the likelihood that they’ll be able to get his services? I’m only going to give this one Toro head. Um, I think this is more on the line of even with everything going on in Las Vegas, call me crazy, I don’t think the Raiders want to be sellers at the trade deadline, even with all the holes that they have and, you know, playing in the AFC West and it looking like they don’t really have a good chance at making the playoffs this year, I don’t think the Raiders want to sell. and they probably shouldn’t sell on a guy like a Jackson Powers Johnson, a second round pick just a year ago out of Oregon. You know, he’s much better at a center spot. The Raiders for some reason refused to play him there, but they still want to win in Las Vegas and a guy like Jackson Powers Johnson helps them do that. I don’t think they’re going to go ahead and move on from a guy like Jackson Powers Johnson. somebody who hasn’t been mentioned as much with the Raiders and being traded, but I still think is a sneaky name that you need to keep an eye out on. Dylan Parm. He’s also on that Raiders offensive line, and he gives you some positional flexibility with center and guard. I think they would be much more willing to move on from a guy like Dylan Parm, and he’s still a decent starter at the guard spot. The Texans can look to add a guy like Parm. I wouldn’t mind that either. I don’t know what the asking price would be for him. Surely less than it would be for a, you know, former second round picking Jackson Powers Johnson. Look out for this name right here, Dylan Parm. Maybe the Texans don’t snag him, but I think teams would inquire for Parm services as the deadline gets closer and closer. Now, I don’t think the Texans are going to make any moves on the defensive side, but I at least had to give you three names that I’ve heard somewhat linked to the Texans that we could look at and say maybe the Texans improve it already. really good defense. First up, let’s look at that Browns fire sale one more time on today’s video. Ray Sean Jenkins, I’m giving this one one tour to ahead. The safety and special teams ace for the Cleveland Browns this year. He plays, you know, a little bit on their defensive side. And, you know, that’s kind of what the Texans already have with a guy like MJ Stewart, but Raawn Jenkins, I think, in an expanded role could be pretty good. And the Texans overall, they just need depth. Depending on how Jaylen Reid plays out, the six- round pick out of Penn State this year, depending on whatever happens with Jimmy Ward, whenever he comes back from injury, if he does, the Texans, though, they need more depth in the secondary. That is a fact. Now, there are some free agents that they could look at, but they wanted to get somebody on the cheap, and if they really liked Ray Shawn Jenkins game, maybe they throw a, you know, fifth, sixth, seventh round pick, maybe a late round pick swap for a guy like that. Next up, Justin Reed, who this is somebody who I talked about maybe two or three weeks ago. I’m gonna give this one also one to ahead. Don’t think it’s likely. The Saints are on a fire sale, but would Reed be a part of that? I don’t think so. It would be a cool story. Obviously, was drafted by the Houston Texans, I believe, in the third round out of Stanford and played well for this team before he moved on to Kansas City. I would like Justin Reed in Houston, but I don’t think the prices are going to work out. one with his contract and two with what the Saints would want in return for Reed’s services. And last up, Xavier Woods. One more time, let’s look at that Titans fire sale. I think this one is also only one Toro head. Like I said, I don’t think the Texans add on the defensive side. He would be a another good name, though. He’s 30 years old, signed a two-year deal with the Tennessee Titans. This would be a sneaky name that I would really like the Texans to at least examine if the, you know, Titans already came out and said everybody is up for grabs. Okay. Well, what do you want for Xavier Woods? because the Texans, they need more depth in that secondary, namely at the safety position. I would look at a guy like Xavier Woods and, you know, maybe kick the tires on somebody like that. That’s all I have for you on today’s show, folks. If you want to hit me up on Twitter, you can do so, Jeremy Chugs. My DMs are always open. And if you made it to the end of today’s program, I always say this, give me one week, hit that subscribe button. If you don’t like the show in a week, hey, it’s 100% free. No skin off your back. But let me prove to you why this is the number one Texans channel here on YouTube. All right, two segments down, one more to go. And we do have a couple super chats rolling in. Make sure you use that hashtag Texans or super chat to get on the show. And Jonathan Hyatt getting himself a helmet sticker. Let’s go. Fill in the blank for me while uh we get these super chats loaded up. The Texans will make blank trades before the trade deadline. Fill it in. Let me know down below in the comments section. How many trades do you think the Texans make before the trade deadline? Arthur Reyes says, “Noing Cacerio.” Zero. Yeah, it’s it’s weird cuz as I mentioned, Cacerio gets this rep of being this ultraaggressive, you know, he’s the wheeling and dealing guy. That’s really only around draft time for Cacerio. Only really the off seasonason. He doesn’t do a ton of inseason movement, a ton of inseason trades. So, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s zero. I would be shocked. I would be shocked if it’s more than one. I would say one for this. I don’t see the Texans making a ton of moves, honestly. And you’ll probably won’t like this either. If it is one, I could see them actually trading somebody away like a Christian Harris, like a Damen Pierce, which I’ll talk about them. I’ll probably do a video on them next Monday or Tuesday before the NFL trade deadline. But if if I’m being honest, I think the Texans are more likely to trade somebody away than trade for somebody at this point in the season. They’re a big uh you know during the season just get scraps and the trades that they’ve made in season. Uh nothing to write home to mama about. Let’s look at VW Blue Sky. We have Woody, lol. No halfback trade. Yeah, that’s I mean quintessentially if you trade for a running back, you would in theory be taking touches away from Woody Marsh who in a limited action this year has looked fantastic. Went off in that Titans game. Obviously the the Ravens game was okay. The um Seahawks game okay and then played really well this past week up against the 49ers. 111 allpurpose yards for the rookie out of USC. Um, obviously if you’re able to get a priest hall and it’s for the right price, that could definitely help this offense out and maybe would take more the load off of Nick Chub than Woody Marx. But yeah, I I I like Woody Marx as a running back for this Texans team moving forward. Another super chat coming in from Jonathan Hyatt. I put on your helmet sticker. Remember, $10 helmet stickers going on for today’s show. Um, and let me make sure I actually get you on the list. Uh let let’s go ahead and read this super chat though. Broncos have only beaten I believe one team with a winning record this year. And the teams they lost to the Colts and Chargers get pressure on the quarterback and the Texans do that the best. Broncos overrated. I wouldn’t go as far to say the Broncos are overrated. Um, and yeah, they’ve, you know, maybe haven’t played the hardest schedule out of any NFL team this season, but I still think the Broncos are a good team because I’m a old school, you win in the trenches type of guy. If I was running the Texans, if I was running any team, every single year in the first two rounds, I would take either an offensive or defensive lineman. Every single year, one of those positions I would take in the first two rounds. Even if you have a good O line, even if you have a good Dline, you can never have enough really good players at those positions. And the Broncos, they have stacked both of those sides. The offensive line is really good with McGllinchi, Garrett BS. They also have Quinn Miners, who is maybe one of the best guards in the NFL playing like it this season. And on the defensive line, I mean, I showed you the front five that they have against the Texans offensive line earlier. It’s it’s a tough battle. It’s a tough battle, but you know, I I do agree with you. If you can get after Bon Knicks, he’s a secondyear quarterback, and I’m not saying Bicks is overrated, but I think, you know, in his system, he’s decent. But if you actually challenge him to make those, you know, hard NFL quarterback throws, like a deep out, you know, force him to fit it into tight windows, I think you could definitely see a couple turnovers for the Texans this week, especially if they get pressure after Bo Nicks. Now, quick reminder before we get into our final segment. The mailbag on today’s show. Any super chat gets you up on screen. $10 super chat gets you a Hall of Fame sticker. And you know what? Can we uh can we read only that to five VW Blue Sky, I’m going to give you a a helmet sticker as well. I want to fill this bad boy up. So, any $5 super chat on today’s show, I’m going to go ahead and give you a helmet sticker. So, VW Blue Sky, I’ll also give you one as well. and Jonathan Hyatt. I’ll actually give you two for that $10 super chat. If you want to get on the program, you can send in a super chat or use that hashtag Texans. Here’s another helmet sticker coming at you. Once I fill this bad boy up, anybody who has a helmet sticker, you’re in line to possibly win our Texans Hall of Fame helmet. All right, we are locked and loaded, ready to get into our final segment on this Texans live show. Let me know if you’re with me. Drop those H’s down in the comments section if you’re ready to get into this Texans today mailbag. And if you love our Houston Texans, let me see you drop those hes down below as we get ready. Alberto Cado said, “Let’s put a ton more stickers.” I’m just going to lay them out right now. I’ll put them on right after the show ends because I don’t think y’all want uh eight minutes of me putting on stickers. But I’m going to put y’all’s name down in the chat. I see. Let me give one to uh John Lucco Castro. He’s getting a helmet sticker. Let me put you in our list real quick. And one more. Who else wants it? Let me go with Shaggy 51. Mr. Lava Lava. Ooh, a Mr. Lava lover. They call him Mr. Bombastic. Yes, he’s fantastic. Here we go. Alberto Sorado, what’s up, Chugs? What’s up, Alberto? How we doing? They need to keep up from what I saw on Sunday. Chugs, you need to come to Houston and host a live show at the game. I I want to do a Texans fan meetup at some point this season. Um, would y’all be down for that? Let me know. I’ I’d be down to do something in Houston maybe on like a Friday or Saturday before the games. The only thing is for my live shows, uh especially since I’m doing it on doing them on my own again this year. A lot of uh solo lives for me, it’s a lot tougher to set it up on a, you know, on-site location because we have all the cameras and stuff here at Chat Sports already. Um but, you know, I never say never. We’ve done live shows out in different areas before. If somebody’s willing to host me, if you know, somebody’s willing to have me come down, you know, I’ll never say never for something like that. But Alberto Sorado, you’re an absolute legend. You’re a real one. Appreciate you. John Car uh or John Luca Castro, Shaggy 51. Give a big thank you to Alberto Sorado for getting you those helmet stickers on today’s show. All right, let’s use the hashtag Texans or super chat to get on the show. Um, we have a couple good super super chats that we can put on our our mailbag already. And then hashtag Texans. Reminder, we’re going to be taking in questions all the way up until we finish this mailbag. So, if you haven’t put your question in already, you still have time. Use that hashtag Texans. Or if you want to skip the line, make sure you put a question in there. super chat to get on the show and we’ll get you up during this Texans today mailbag. I see a lot of H’s still flowing in the chat. So, producer Jack Lau, I think we might be ready. Let me get one more sip and then we’ll get into our Texans today mailbag. Appreciate everybody for rocking and rolling with us here on a Wednesday. All right. All right. Let’s get into our Texans today. Mailbag the last segment on our Texans today. Last show. Actually, let me feel like I noticed it last time. They weren’t even a little OCD thing of me right there. But all right. All right. Let’s get into our mailbag action. Welcome into Texans today, everybody. I’m your host, Jeremy Chugs, and on today’s show, we got another mailbag edition of Texans Today. All these questions are from our live show on October 29th, 2025. Reminder, I go live every single Wednesday, 3:30 p.m. Central time. And if you’re watching the live show right now, use that Texans or Super Chat to be featured. Once again, all of the questions are from our loyal subscribers who tuned in to our Texans Today live shows. First up with a $5 super chat. VW Blue Sky. We have Woody Marks. Lol. No need for a halfback trade. I’ve definitely been covering all the trade rumors around the Houston Texans. I mean, ESPN, for one, has heavily linked your Texans to Bree Hall. Now, there’s been recent reports saying the Jets probably want to keep Bree Hall. They like what they’ve seen out of him the past two, three weeks during the regular season, even though the Jets haven’t been winning a ton. Maybe they want to keep Brie Hall. Maybe they want to extend him. But I I do agree with you. If you did trade for a running back, that would kind of limit your touches for a guy like Woody March, who in a limited sample size has shown a great deal of production for this Texans offense. Let’s go to the next super chat coming in from Jonathan Hyatt. Broncos have only beaten one uh have have only I believe beaten one team with a winning record this year. And the teams they lost to, the Colts and Chargers get pressure on the quarterback. And the Texans do that better than anybody else. Uh, you know, I you’re not speaking anything wrong here, Jonathan. You’re not speaking anything wrong because the Texans can get after a guy like Bo Nicks. That will be big for this Texans team to get a dub on Sunday. I don’t think that Broncos are overrated. I think their defense is really, really good. They have a good front five. They have a good secondary even though they’re going to be missing Pat Certan the second. easily their best player in the secondary. I think it’ll be a tough matchup. I think it’ll be a lowscoring affair in week nine, but I do agree with you. If they want to win this game, they got to get pressure on the quarterback. And I think they got to do that with four or five. Maybe, you know, mix in some blitzes here or there from the linebacker position. J, they like bringing Jaylen Petri off the edge sometimes with a sneaky, you know, nickel blitz. But I I I I do agree. Getting after Bon Knicks, that’s going to be a huge key for this Texans team. Next up, Texans tally. #Texans. Are there any free agents you think would work out this late in the season that we could and should get before the deadline? Yeah, I Well, first off, there’s not a, you know, necessarily a deadline for free agent players that you can go out and get. And if I’m looking at the free agents right now, you know, the the easiest name, the the biggest name would be Justin Simmons, right? You know, a good safety, another guy that could help on the back end. I have no clue why Justin Simmons has not made his way onto an NFL roster as of yet. Besides that, there’s not really any offensive linemen that are in free agency that could help this team out. In terms of the tight end spot, you know, Jordan Akens, Hayden Hurst maybe could help you out a little bit at that tight end position. Um, I don’t know any other really free agents that could immediately come in and make an instant impact. The Texans love to go bargain bin shopping and look at other teams, you know, look at other teams practice squads, this that and the other, and see if they can find any good deals out there. in terms of guys that’ll come in right away. Like I said, maybe a Justin Simmons, but who knows what he wants in terms of a contract. And it’s a big mystery to me. I have no idea why Justin Simmons has not made his way on an NFL roster. Good question though. Texans tally Jimmy 0988 Texans. Are we really back on Stra on the Straoud train after one good game? Um, it’s been heavily debated online and I’ll say this, I have never been off the CJ Strad train. If you look at my videos throughout every single game this season, I have of course been critical of CJ Stout. I’ve said he hasn’t had the spark that he’s had before. I said that, you know, his timing has been messed up for him being skittish in the pocket. But the talent with CJ Stout has never been a question for me. You look at pure talent guys, I think he’s up there with a, you know, Justin Herbert level of quarterback, with the top guys that we see in the NFL, with a Dak Prescott, this, that, and the other. He’s at that talent level. And you look at the throws that he can make, his offplatform throws, and just his overall accuracy. He can be a great quarterback in the NFL. Now, his mental side, a little bit le uh is to be desired on that side. And especially the fact that I do think he can get rattled at time to time whenever he is facing pressure which a lot of quarterbacks do, right? I would not off the Straoud train and I think even after this year, even if you told me right now, Jeremy, you have to make the decision, do you extend CJ Strad or do you wait until his contract is done and see what happens in free agency? I would still go ahead and say I would extend CJ Strad. I still want him to be the Texans quarterback for the next three, four, five seasons. Now, if he could get a better offensive line to help him out, maybe give him more protection, that would help us out a ton and being able to evaluate CJ Strad further. But I’ve never been off the CJ Stout train. I still believe in CJ Strad. And let’s say you, this is a good question from producer Jack. Confidence level with CJ Strad at quarterback. Give me a one to 10. Do you believe in CJ Strad? Yeah, let me know down in the comments section. one, zero faith at all. You think he’s maybe the one of the worst quarterbacks in the NFL? 10, you would put him in in that top tier list, a top five quarterback. Let me know down below. I’m at around an 8 n for CJ Strad. I still have that confidence. I’m not at a 10 because I want to see him do it for multiple games in the season, but I’ve never been out on our guy CJ Strad. All right, next question coming up from Bob Loves meatballs. # Texans. You think the Texans would trade for Bree Hall if they think Mixon would return? Um, that’s the other thing. And good point, Bob Loves Meatballs. If the Texans trade for Bree Hall, Joe Mixon’s done. No way do you make a move like that. No way do you make a trade for a guy like Bree Hall in the final year of his contract where you’re probably going to want to extend him if you do trade for him. No way you do all that. give up whatever draft capital, which for a running back, even if it’s a third or fourth round pick, that’s a heavy price to pay for a running back on, you know, basically an expiring contract that you’re going to have to pay. So, if that happens, you already have Joe Mixon under contract. I think he’s done for the year. Now, I am in the camp that believes that Joe Mixon will return at some point this year. I think it is the Christian Harris model that we saw last year that the Texans are hush hush. They’re not going to rush him back for injury. They want him to be as close to 100% as possible for a playoff push down the road. I believe Joe Mixon will be back mid to late December. We’ll have to see whether or not, you know, that happens. Maybe, you know, we see him, maybe we don’t. But I will say he was at the Texans game in week eight up against the San Francisco 49ers. And per multiple reports, no crutches, no walking boot. He was walking around, was in good spirits. I take with that what you will. For me, if you’re at the game, if you’re around the locker room, if you’re not showing that you have visible injuries, at some point this season, I would like to see Joe Mixon suit up. And at some point this season, I would like to see you use our sponsor, Prize Picks. I love Prize Picks and so does my guy, Jackie Lay. Hey, this episode is brought to you by Prize Pix. The hard-hitting football action is even better with Prize Pix. The weather might be changing, but the feeling of being right that never gets old. You can choose one player with multiple projections up to three on any given lineup. I’m going only two though. CJ Strad passing yards and rushing yards. Of course, it’s my guy, so I’m going more on both of those. Courtland Sutton. I’m hoping this Texans defense is shut down this week. So, give me the less on his receiving yards. And the same thing with JK Dobbins. 66 and a half rush yards. I’m going the less on that. You can use my lineup or go ahead and make your own. Just do it over on prize picks. And I love prize picks because it’s, you know, gives me, you know, a little bit more peace of mind whenever I put in a lineup because they offer injury reboots. If one of your player leaves the game in the first half and doesn’t return, prize picks won’t count it as a loss. So download the Prize Pix app today and use code CLNS to get $50 in lineups after you play your first $5 lineup. That’s code CLNS to get $50 in lineups after you play your first $5 lineup. Prize Pix, it’s good to be right. Oscar Texans, who do you think is the wide receiver, too? Kirk Higgins, Hutch, or Null? This is a good question because obviously Nico Collins is the uh wide receiver one for this Texans team, but if we’re looking past him, I’m going to give you a little bit of a switch up here. Give me Hutch. I think Hutch has played very well and has been kind of an unsung guy for this Texans team for the past couple of seasons. And you know, I including me, Jaden Higgins, Jaylen Null, they were awesome this past week. And of course, I want to see more out of the rookies. They are electric, especially Jaylen Null. I want to see him more in punt return as well. But Xavier Hutchinson, he made one of the best catches this past week that nobody’s really talking about. Remember that conversion that he made where he went up, climbed the ladder, caught it, got hit at the same time, was able to turn and roll with it. I think he is really good. We just don’t see a lot out of him, you know, because he kind of gets overshadowed last year with, you know, Tank Dell, Stefan Diggs, Nico Collins, and then this year you brought in a guy in Christian Kirk, and then you drafted two guys in, you know, also Iowa State guys, and Jaden Higgins, Jaylen Null. But sneaky answer here, give me Hutch. Next up, Tristan Smith says, “Texans, are the Colts that good or just an easy schedule?” Um, this is tough as well because, uh, it’s easy for me as a Texans fan to be, “Oh, yeah, the Colts, they actually suck. Yeah, the the the Colts are bad. This, that, and the other.” That’s not the case. The Colts are a good team. And it’s funny because I actually made multiple videos this off season saying that, you know, if the Texans or if the Colts were to start Daniel Jones over Anthony Richardson, it would be bad news for the Texans and the rest of the NFL. because I truly believe this off season that, you know, I won’t say that I was Nostradamus and thought that Daniel Jones would be this good, but I thought he was at least going to be a serviceable, you know, quarterback for the Colts and they have a good offensive line. Jonathan Taylor’s good. They have some good weapons on the offensive side at the wide receiver spot. But Daniel Jones has uh you know, far exceeded anybody’s expectations. At the end of the day though, I do think they have been the benefit of a pretty easy schedule. They played the Titans twice. If the Texans were able to play the Titans twice, yeah, I think the Texans would have a lot better stats as well. They shut the Titans out. They also played the Raiders, who one of the worst teams in the NFL. They barely uh beat the Cardinals team when they had Jacobe Brassette. So, I’m not taking anything away from the Colts because, you know, we’ll get our shot at them. We play the Colts two times this year as well. I do think they have been somewhat of a benefactor though to a pretty easy schedule. Oh yeah, who did they play week one? Uh, producer Jack. Oh yeah, that’s right. It’s the Miami Dolphins. So, not and not to taking anything away, but I would not put them as the team to beat in the AFC. Call me crazy. Still the Chiefs. Still the Chiefs. If you’re telling me what’s one team you don’t want to play in the playoffs, what’s one team that you’re afraid of in the AFC? It’s still the Kansas City Chiefs. I don’t think anybody would, even after the great start that they’ve had, would say the Indianapolis Colts. What What say you though? Do you agree with me? Is it the Chiefs? Are they still the team to beat in the AFC or is it the current one seed if the uh season ended today, the Indianapolis Colts? Let me know down below in the comments section. Who do you think is the team to beat in the AFC? I don’t even know if they’re the top two team to be in the AFC because you have the Kansas City Chiefs. Also, you know, the Chargers, the Broncos. I mean, the the Colts should have lost to the Broncos, but they had a weird leverage penalty. You know, you look at the AFC North, you have the Pittsburgh Steelers have played pretty decently. They, you know, need some help on the defensive side. the AFC East. Still the Buffalo Bills. The Patriots are a surprise team. Let me know down below in the comments section. Who is the team to beat in the AFC? Another question coming in from conditionbased #Texans. What grade do you give the OC last week? Um, obviously a much better grade. I It wasn’t perfect. It wasn’t, you know, the perfect game plan, but you know, flowers where flowers are due. Nick Kaye, I called for your job early on in the season and he’s responded big time. This Texans team, this Texans offense has responded big time and uh you know, Demetico Ryan can say what he want about, oh, the media, they just want to say the bad. They just want to say the bad. No, you you’re calling it like it is, right? If the Texans offense is playing bad, I’m not going to come up here and lie to y’all and say, “Oh, yeah, you know, actually, y’all aren’t seeing things right. The Texans offense is playing great.” No, that wasn’t the case. the first four weeks of the season, this Texans offense sucked. So, I will give the Flowers where they’re due. I’ll say a B+ up against the 49ers. I thought some welltimed, you know, one welltimed screen passes, welltimed uh, you know, designed plays by Nick Kayley. Also, love the addition of more six, you know, six offensive line, that jumbo personnel, having Blake Fischer in at the tight end spot to have an extra blocker in for CJ Strad. I I I think he did a little bit better this past week. I would give it a B+ though condition based on how Nick Kayley did this past week up against the 49ers. OneTZ Cosmo Chugs, if you had one trade for Houston to make, would you pick running back, tight end, or O line? I would go tight end. I would go tight end. I I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Nick Kaylee is a tight end guy through and through. He is a He was a tight end coach with the Rams. He was a tight ending coach before that with the New England Patriots. And I really really it like deep down think the Texans were going to rely on their tight ends this year. They put a lot of stock in Brevin Jordan, Cade Stove, Daltton Schultz. I mean, just look at training camp. Look at the preeason. Look how they were using those guys during those open practices. They were targeting them a ton. It was a lot of Brevin Jordan. I thought Brevin Jordan was going to be the breakout player for the Texans this year. And if he was healthy, I think we would be talking about Brevin Jordan as the tight end one on this Texans squad. So, if it was up to me, I would want to go out and get a tight end. I like David Andoku. His contract is very tradable for the Cleveland Browns. The Texans already have a good rapport with Cleveland, so I think they could work something out there depending on what the trade compensation would be. For me, it would be tight end. Um, good question though. once he’s Cosmo. Jacob, next up, uh, hashtag Texans, who would you prefer out of Chig, Aonquo, um, Mark Andrews, and Injoku? Um, out of I’ll say this, if I could get Chig a Conquo for a seventh, that would be my pick. I would want to get the guy who, you know, you could get for a very cheap like very cheap contract and not give up any draft capital. But if I could get David and Jooku for a late round pick swap, I would go in Jooku over Chig Aonquo. I’m not sure what the Browns want in return for David and Jooku. But if I had to choose between these three guys and you’re saying I could go Chigono for a seventh or I had to give up a fifth or fourth round pick for David and Jooku, I’d probably pick Chiga Conquo. But if I could do a pick swap for David and Jooku, that would be my answer. That’s all I have for you on today’s show, folks. during our live mailbag. If you missed out or if you’re like, “Hey, how do I get on one of those?” Make sure you tune in to our live shows every Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. Central time. That’s all I got for you. This is the deciding game. Not the deciding game, but this game will play a major factor moving forward because you know what they say, tied 2-2. The team that wins game five more likely than not goes on to win that series. I believe the statistic is like 60s something percent of the time the team that wins game five goes on to win it all. Let me know Blue Jays or Dodgers. My guy Jack L will be live later on. Uh Alberto was there for I’m not kidding. We were live. Jack was live. I was only live for half of that game. for every inning of the 18 inning. You know, just absolute marathon of a game in game three. 7 and 1/2 hours. Let me know though who you got. B for Blue Jays, D for Dodgers. I doubt we see a ton of Dodgers in here. I for one am going for the Blue Jays. I want us uh Is George Springer out still? Oh, George Springer might play tonight. Yeah.
