  3. After seeing Justin Fields press conference after the game his bad play all makes complete sense. The guy is waiting for his prayers to be answered instead of succeeding on his own. It sounds like his family keeps him on a leash. If you need to hide in your closet at your own house, theres something wrong. I feel for the guy because I know a few guys who were treated this way and their family members always tried to use guilt on them. They are both happy and successful now that they took control of their entire lives.

  7. You never tank. It convinces players that they are loosers and if you never learn to win you get apathethic with loosing. Glenn is not going to let that happen after his Detroit days.
