That’s Dave Taylor 18, so I’m guessing whoever wore 8 when Bruce McNall was in charge.

#8 looks like Warren Riechel. I think that’s how spell his name. #18 Dave Taylor and the Kings owner at one time, the man who brought Gretzky to Los Angeles and them stole money from the team Mr. Bruce McNall
