It is time to have a serious conversation

  1. Why do we have to put down Flagg to celebrate Matas? Flagg is 2 years younger and a week into his NBA career. I would’ve killed to have them both on the Bulls.

  2. Well most the talking heads thought Buzz probably fell too far and we were lucky to get him where we did. I think we could see last year he has the ‘attitude’ to be a star as he plays with a ton of aggression and flare. Its so refreshing as he is the anti-Pat. Many guys in the NBA have incredible skill, athleticism, or both yet they don’t have the drive to be dominate. Flagg is going to likely be fine as he has plenty of talent but whether he becomes just a solid all star level guy or a true super star is going to come down more to those mental intangibles than anything so time will tell.

  3. No its not time to have this conversation. Flagg is a rookie and only one week into his NBA career.

  4. He does look like a better similar in style player. Age difference isn’t huge and matas is clearly better at this stage . Let’s not forget that matas was expected to be drafted much higher .it’s a miracle the bulls got him .

  5. I wanted both on the Bulls so fucking bad. Flaggs put in a tough position right now. Trying to play pg when he’s clearly not a pg

  6. I believe Matas has the advantage in that he can and will be able to maybe get away with some errors and bad play in playing
    in a non contending team.
There’s bigger expectations in Dallas playing alongside star players, let alone being
    the #1 draft pick.
