Craig Counsell or Joe Maddon?
Listen, Craig’s a good manager. I think with this team, if you put Joe Madden in his prime back in that dugout, I think this team’s going further than a Craig Council led team. It doesn’t mean Craig isn’t good at his job. This team needed like a spark. It needed something special. It needed something that they could rally around and they never had that. I think the team was good enough to go like compete in the NLCS against the Dodgers. Would they win? I mean, come on. The Dodgers are on a totally different level. Those teams back then, they had a rallying cry. Craig has not proven to provide any of that.
Would Joe Maddon have taken the 2025 Chicago Cubs further in the postseason?
