The Boston Celtics Stink.

The Boston Celtics suck. Jaylen Brown isn’t good enough of a playmaker to be the first option. Derek White isn’t good of a playmaker to be the second option. And Payton Pritchard also isn’t good enough of a playmaker to be our starting point guard. We are seeing in real time how much this team and certain individuals on this team really benefited from Jason Tatum being the playmaker that he was slash is and also having some of the best spacing in the league for the last couple of years. Because the spacing that they have right now is not the same spacing that they’ve had over the last couple years. It’s easy for Payton Pritchard to cook when he has to come in and face other team second units and also all he has to do is just score the ball. It’s easy for Derek White to cook when Jason Tatum and Jaylen Brown were getting a lot of the attention. Chris Stops Forzingis or Alhor were stretching out the court and then you know Derek White is just the person that the other team just has to live with shooting the ball. And also this team is horrendous at rebounding. We went from having one of the tallest lineups in the league to one of the shortest lineups in the league. We have Sam Hower as our power forward and our third string center last year as our starting center. This is going to be a really long year as a Celtics fan.

  8. Bit of an overreaction when you consider that NQ is actually the pivotal piece for us, we should be starting Boucher over Hauser and giving Walsh and Gonzalez more minutes because of the spacing and defense, and the second half of our game against the Knicks was actually defensively sound.

  10. Ehh the only thing that’s wrong here is that you’re implying Pritchard is taking contested shots and missing… he’s literally taking open shots and bricking everything. Although I do agree him and Sam need to go back to the bench cause neither of them are helping any rebounds

  11. I’m a sixers fan with family from mass and I genuinely asked them “who is your starting center?” And they thought and just said “idk” and that set it in for me. The Celtics always had a guy who I knew would hinder Embiid, not that he played particularly well or mattered in this game, so I always knew they’re starting center and backups basically since 2017. I never thought I’d live to just not know key positions on their team like this

  12. Saw this coming as soon as the off-season started. I think the plan was to free some cap space by trading the older/injury prone guys then tank this year to get some new talent when Tatum is healthy to play next season. Also, the Knicks are just a really good team as well. We’ll see how things turn out later on

  13. You don’t need to do QUETA like that. This game is not on him. It was on Tillman and Joe for trying to play Houser and Tillman together. That makes no sense. I think that’s legit secret Tank

  14. It’s a secret tank. No way Joe really thought Tillman and Sam. We’re going to get the job done against the Knicks. Taking neemy out for missing one rebound but Tillman for eight minutes straight

  16. We are the smallest bc Brad refuses to draft or pick up ACTUAL centers or power forwards. Just keeps getting 3 and D wings to send to Maine. They put way too much pressure on Tatum from team building all the way down to the offense and rebounding. Now ppl get to see how great JT is by how bad the team performs without him. 🍀

  19. We can give them till like december before we start saying that, and either way we dont have championship expectations this year. Give this tewm a season to get used to this line up and then get tatum in there next year.
