Um, I personally think it’s hard to beat the books by yourself. I got a team behind me working um as well as me spending every waking hour on this. But let’s get right into this one, guys. We got some Halloween basketball going down. I think we got a good one on our hands for this one. We got the Boston Celtics headed into Philadelphia to play the Sixers. Sixers, man, started off the season really strong. 4-0 with and three in one ATS. said, “I think a lot of people forget how much of a regular season juggernaut the Sixers have been over the last several years.” You know, yes, last year they were a train wreck. They were dealing with Joel Embiid playing once every 10 days it felt like, but when Joel Joel Embiid’s healthy, like if if you cancel out last season, the last several seasons, specifically in the regular season, this this Sixers team has been damn good. And they’re showing that they’re kind of picking up where they left off, not from last year, but the year before that. Um DJ Edgecomb is looking damn good. What an addition to this team. Um to get a guy like that, I feel like his young energy. Um just bringing in a new piece like that is kind of bringing this Sixers team back together and they’re playing with a different type of injur uh energy. Um Tyrese Maxi going off. That man is going off. Joel Embiid in his last game had 25. We’ll see how long he’s he could stay um healthy, but he’s going to play in this game. On the other hand, Boston coming off a really big win in their last game. They played the Cleveland Cavs. They were three and a half point dogs in that game and they dominated. I know they dominated because who was on the Cavs? This guy. This guy was on the Cleveland Cavs. That did not work out well for me. Um Boston won that game by 20. Still not high on Boston though. I mean, I just you just look at this team from a a roster perspective. I just don’t like it. Like, yeah, Jaylen Brown’s great, Derek White’s great, but now like other than that, I mean, Pritchard’s not bad, but Queta Menot, like who I don’t even know who some of these guys are that are starting for this Boston team right now. So, on at home, the way Philly’s playing right now, they’re playing they’re playing with a different energy. This isn’t the Philly team from last year. They had a battle back in their last game against the Wizards. It was a terrible spot for them. They were on the back end of a bat to back. They were down in that game late. They took the Wizards to overtime and they didn’t just win that game. They actually covered that game, too, which was crazy. I’m on the Sixers. I’m on the Sixers and I’m going to lay the points. I actually think this is a pretty sweet price we’re getting with the Sixers. The way they’re playing at home against a Celtics team that I think is still trying to find their identity with some of these new pieces and the absence of Jason Tatum.
