Game in 10 | Canucks at Blues Highlights (Oct 30, 2025)
In the last eight against St. Louis, four of those have been multi-point efforts. He starts on the line with Malias Patterson at center. Jake de Brusk on the left and that’s the Brusk at center taking a pass and backhanding the puck into St. Louis. Now Holloway in stopped by Lankin as Dylan Holloway tried to cut right across the crease. Blues maintain possession of the puck. Shooter down to Holloway. Sunquist in front. Hollow shoots and scores. [Music] [Applause] 323 in. Dylan Holloway gets the home team on the board. denied by Lanin, but the Blues pick the puck back up and then he’s going to pop into an area right behind Elias Patterson and then put it underneath the goalender right through the legs of Lank and then all the way to second of the season and Blues get on the board early. [Applause] That shift wouldn’t have happened if not for the closein save by Lanken who might face another test here. It’s a twoonone. Holloway shoots up high, missed the net, looking for his second of the period. Off the rush type team. They don’t like to dump it in. They like to carry it in when they can. And they’ve gotten a couple of chances off rushes so far. That one’s kept in by Broberg who hit the side of the goal with this shot to him. No center lank. Another point blank save. Vander out as Carlson and Torchenko ran into each other at the blue line. Kane has stayed on. He tried to one-hand that one in front. Puck is loose. Sherwood scores. Kefir Sherwood has his seventh and a bit of a scrambly play around the crease. He doesn’t mind that one bit. He’s tied the game at one. The thing about wandering goalenders is that sometimes they cough the puck up. You see he’s kind of handcuffed and that allows the Conucks to continue the forche and that’s all Kane. And the bouncing puck comes to Sherwood gets it past the goalender who wasn’t quite set and the Conucks tie the score. Power play goal for Kefir Sherwood. Team leading seventh goal of the season. 1308 the time of the tally. And with that goal, Savon Foods and Broberg again. Long rrist deflected. I think that went off a Kuck stick and into the corner. Yeah, Patterson in the slot. Snugaroo tried to get away from Elias Patterson shoots up high. Lankin had some trouble with that one. Jordan Kyroo which Navage centers fanned on it and Elias Patterson brings the puck ahead. Sherwood’s with him. There’s the pass. Kefir Sherwood shoots off the bar and the puck ricochets out of play. Here’s Sunquist taking a lead pass. Turning with the puck is shooter feeds back. Now a shot and that was turned away by Lanken. It might have caught a piece of the post as D’Vorski let fly. the first shift of the game has not come back and the Canucks already beset by injury have another one to deal with. Sherwood had a decision. He was getting that motor running there in the early part of this pen kill and out there a while. Here’s Snugger and scores. [Music] A perfect pass to send Jimmy Snugger in on the right wing. He put it post and in behind Lankin it and it’s two-1 Blues. And the Cox just weren’t settled in the neutral zone properly. Joseph can’t intercept that pass. And Snugoo just leans into this snap shot and catches Lanin just passed the right arm. That is a heck of a shot. It was Fowler who made the picture perfect pass to send Snugroot in. Now Pico at the blue line feeds the high slot. Quick shot stopped by Lankin as D’Vorski had a good look there for his first in the NHL. Feeds one off the boards. Smart play by Torchenko. Let it go. That allowed Broberg to skate onto the puck. But now the Canucks ahead. It’s breakaway. Kefir Sherwood in on Bennington. He ds. He scores. Second of the game for Kefir Sherwood. He’s up to eight on the year. And the Canucks for a second time have tied this game in St. Louis. Oh, the energy man makes it count. Thought they had a nice entry into the zone. Little drop off and sent right to the far blue line. Keep in mind last time he had a breakaway on Bennington. He did the same sort of shimmy and shake. Went to his forehand. This time he takes it to the backand. Bennington goes down and can’t get his right arm or leg in front of that backhand offering. And I don’t know, I’ve never actually researched it because she says the actual expression is the proof of the pudding is in the eating. The proof is in the pudding. I’m all for the eating part. Meer name Fowler blocked that one off the hand I think of McKerns O’ Conor for Vancouver. Drop pass to Ratu. Stick broke following up Sherwood. He hit the post. Did it go in? Yes, it did. The referee says it’s in and it’s a hat-tick goal for Kefir Sherwood who has all three for the Canucks this game. Two goals. Well, you’re wrong. He just keeps shooting and finding his mark. Sherwood with the shot after the broken stick by Ratu. Just surprises Bennington. I mean, this is inside bar down. That was one hat been thrown on the ice. I still haven’t seen it go in. I’m not disputing the referee. I just puck loose. Sunquist feeds it back. Pew Sudter. Dozen seconds to go on the St. Louis power play. The X Connect controlling on the near side now. Feeds one back. Fowler launched. Sooter scores. That took a friendly bounce right onto the stick of Pew Sudter. He held the puck long enough at the half ball. People were getting anxious, but it’s to set up to the point and then he goes right towards the net and the puck just bounces right to him after a deflection in front and off the goalender. Not even sure it got to Lanken. And Riel tips the puck past Fowler who skates back pursued by a Vander Kane who gives him a bump into the boards. The Keran centers and Reichel fan on his shot at Lucas Reichel now feeds back. Pio Joseph with a shot stopped. Kane scores and Kane menace in this game and he’s the one that got in there to create that loose puck. He’s going to battle at the front of the net. The rebound’s going to come to him and deposited right past Bennington. First is a Kuck watching the jumbotron which is a no no in this business. But did his stick come up and catch him as well? Right. Jim Montgomery is looking at the jumbotron as well. The Canucks will be up a goal and they’ll be up a man with a blue short-handed. Here is the verdict. After reviewing the play was determined goender. You’re wrong. Wow. He wins it so strong. Oh, it goes to the man at the side and the pass by Person trying to tee up the one-time was blocked. That’ll do it. We’re going to go to overtime. Tied at three. Lost by injury on the opening shift. Canucks control first as Patterson kicked the puck back. He’s out there with Nebraska. Phil Heronic. And here comes Patterson who had an overtime goal in this building circling at center. [Applause] Pew shooter right up the gut with a rishaw block. Gets his own rebound. Stopped by Lank shoots one around for Phil Heronic and he’ll take that pass at the center. Now the Conucks one last chance to move in. Baines Heronic and they run out of time. He likes to shoot but a chance to make a difference here in the shootout. and Lankin stayed with him on the deep to the back end. He just slowed things right down. Patterson next up for Vancouver. Stopped by Bennington and the goalies are perfect for two rounds. Real good depth matching the forward coming in. And there’s you get to a point where if you decide you’re going to shoot, you just have to. He’s had seven gamedeiding goals and shootouts in his career. And he’ll come in off the right. Lost the puck and it’s into the corner. No shot for Shen. There’s nothing you can do there. And you try to stick handle quickly. It goes up on end and you just Jake De Bruss can end it here with a goal on Bennington. scores. Jake de Brrisk in the shootout [Applause] and the Canucks all skate to their own end to mob Kevin Lanken. Seven for seven in shootouts this year. He allowed De Brus the chance to put that one in and under the bar. It’s the same move he tried in Chicago. That one hit the bar. This one sneaks in under and a hat-tick for Sherwood. A gamewinner for Jake De Brusk. But he came in with speed and that forced Lank or pardon me Bennington to come out a little bit further away from the net. And as he’s slowly backing in, it’s a timing shot just up and over as Bennington is going down. The puck is going up. See that little flinch quickly there by Nebraska.

CHIEF KIEF OMG
yess
Next game I guess its Demko or Sherwood who is going to be injured…
Man needs a new contract, uh huh.
Hell of a win, all things considered! 👊
Kanes goal should have counted, BS call by the Ref's
Pettersson is sooooo bad
Anybody with a not-so-obvious explanation on why Kane's goal was disallowed?
Why is the quality (bit rate and FPS) so crap on the team's own channel? The sportsnet highlights are much higher quality and actually watchable.
oh yeah boys. FPS is still awful
Sherwood showed how to score one on one.
Woody
Most hits in an NHL season 2025
Most goals in 0.15 of an NHL season 2026
Wish I could've watched, but the sportsnet app let me down AGAIN. Crashing, telling me I'm in a blackout area when I'm not, and then, telling me I have to upgrade, when I already did. What a HUGE let down! WORST customer experience EVER.
BUT Great game for Sherwood!
Sports-NYET? A FAIL. Canceled that junk. The pirate feeds are better! Can you imagine? The people who charge you can't serve it up, and the pirate sites get it right.
Sherwood is about to be paid this upcoming offseason
9:15 this has to be the most laid goal I've ever seen.
What Muppet edits these things? Twice they mention a Canuck injured on the first shift and out of the game, but they never show it, and the name is never mentioned. I don't recall seeing Boeser in this game, was it him? Utterly crappy replays of the last Sherwood goal, which like Shorty, I never did see it. Meh. Ironically, at least I know now not to watch any Canucks highlights from here, lol.
Why is the bit-rate so slow? Please fix this, editor.
NHL officials suck
Nucks content team- what is up with this framerate
720p???
The refs did everything in their power to give the blues the game… But that shootout gaff is karma…
We must clone Sherwood
Binny got owned on that breakaway
Quit complaining about the frame rate
Big Win
Hope Sherwood doesn't price himself out of Vancouver
Apparently the ice was horrible thats why both teams were fumbling
Why is this guy still commentating…so sterile and cheezey
Hey St Louis… You lost to an AHL team basically. Way to go Sherwood! Petey needs to watch some videos (this is how it's done).
Pius Suter with 3 points in 2 games against the Canucks. Remind me why we didn't keep this guy??
KS is going to price himself out of vancouver. i wouldn't be surprised if he gets packaged up with the likes of d petie or willander and a 1st for a centre at the trade deadline.
