1. Mike may be next, hopefully we can pull him in as OC..not holding my breath but it’d be some good news for once

   Edit: this comment was before they confirmed Mike is staying their HC the rest of the season.

2. Grier has been there for like 25 years and GM for close to 10 and they’ve sucked almost the whole time. It was not a fast and swift decision to move on, it’s been a long time coming

3. Don’t worry. They’ll fire the outside middle linebackers conditioning coach. That’ll turn things around

6. Grier was on his 9th year and MacDaniel is on his 4th year. Theres obviously way more impatience with the Dolphins.

7. I mean Grier was the longest tenured GMs in the NFL to never have a playoff win. He has never built a team that won a playoff game. Keep in mind he was GM for about 10 seasons with a severe lack of results. This would be more like if Dimitroff was still GM for us. Funny enough Grier started as a scout in 2000 for Miami and they have not won a playoff game since.

8. I mean he’d been there for a long time without any success so you could say this was years overdue

9. I consider Terry the top scrub in their organization.
