Balling my eyes out. I never knew this about Marcus Smart. I wish that he could have won a championship with us.

Every one of these videos just has the dumbest fuckin music to drag it down
I still love Marcus Smart. Oh how I wish he didn’t go to the Lakers. Definitely not blaming him – we’re the ones who shipped him out – but it sucks having to root against him
Exactly why I don’t resent players when they leave for more money.
he’s a honorary champion in my eyes and part of that 2023-24 team.. his grit/intensity was crucial to brad’s pursuit that i believe carries on with the current roster.. like the patriot way, sorta
Marcus 💚
That’s why he playes like he does.
Easily in my top 3 favorite Celtics all time.
This is the time we bring him back
Heart and soul of some of awesome Celtic teams
Marcus my dude
Marcus is “balling”.
You are “bawling”.
I wish so bad he won with us. The only thing that’s bittersweet about winning that Chip.
There’s still time.
Don’t worry, the lakers will get him one 💜💛
Those bums shoulda just got a job like everyone else. Don’t see why there’s this belief in the culture that you gotta do music, sports, or crime to make a good living.
This guy, man. Damn. There’s a reason why I’ve been keeping my flair all this time.
yall think we could have won the same chip with him instead of Jrue but with KP? smart was wild sometimes in transition and would make bad passes, but he could hit the three ball at times and always played with heart (not that jrue didnt) but i do think that lineup could still have won a chip, Jrue was solid, but i dont think he gave that much more than smart could have with a healthy KP, KP with JT and brown was the ticket for the chip.
Marcus is my all-time favorite Celtic. I wish so badly he could have won it here.
If the curse still stands, he will win one with purple and gold
It’s crazy it’s been as many years as it has since he was last on the team. Feels like it was just last year. I’ve moved on, but I still miss him being on the team. What he brings to the court is nice, but he’s a great person and he did so much good off the court. I hate seeing him in those nasty laker colors.
I have a fantasy where somehow he’ll finish his career with us and they’ll win a championship. I know it’s not likely, but would be nice.
Only wish good things for him. The only silver lining of any lakers wins this year are that he gets a win too
Love him so much, wish to god that we won it in 2022 while he was still here. He had to go so we could win it, but he deserved to be apart of that
That dude got so much hate on this sub when he played in Boston. He was far from a perfect player but all he ever did was care as much as anyone else that has ever worn green. I’ll never have a bad word to say about him
Marcus should 100% be given the chance to retire as a Celtic. He was the heart and soul of the Celtics for a long time. It sucked to see him go.
