  1. It’s okay. As I get older, I become more of just a fan of baseball. Toronto is hard to root against in this series.

  2. I was a kid watching my first season of baseball when the Blue Jays won it all so I’ve always had a soft spot for them.

  3. I literally just said to my wife “ it’s kinda fun watching a Game 7 with no emotional investment.”

  4. Dodgers win is the best bet for an implementation of salary regulations so im rooting for that…need a cap and preferably a floor too so cheapo teams like ours can at least try to compete.

  5. Enjoying wafching jays rookie. 104 pitches seven complete innings last start. Now here. Almost don’t think Skubal would do what he’s doing in this spot.

  6. This series shows you exactly why it will be extremely difficult to make the World Series relying on our farm system, and not spending or making big moves.

The playing field is just not level in MLB.

  7. Baseball needs a system to even out spending, every other major American sports league has at least something

  8. Can I just say- I hope if things went differently that I’d be incorrect in saying this but… I think we maybe squeak by Toronto in a tough ALCS but no shot we’d have survived against the Dodgers. Their issues were the same as ours but with way more depth and established veteran star power. Let’s have an offseason yall!

  9. Mariners fan here coming in peace, I was there for the 15inning game against the Tigers.

The American League heartache was akin to the 2015 NFL playoff heartbreak through the NFC to Super Bowl:

    2025 AL:
Tigers lose in devastating fashion to Mariners.

Mariners lose in devastating fashion to Jays.

Jays lose in devastating fashion in the Series.

    2015 NFC:
Lions lose in devastating fashion to Cowboys.

Cowboys lose in devastating fashion to Packers.

Packers lose in devastating fashion to Seahawks.

Seahawks lose in devastating fashion to Patriots.
