Should been a delay of game penalty
Ridiculously messed up by the refs no matter the outcome the refs should be fined for messing this up although i feel it should have been a goal the call on the ice should not have

It was not GOING in. But should have been a delay of game for sure. Doesn’t matter… COL just previewing the refs swallowing their whistles in the third.
