You got the New York Giants 2-6 straight up this season. 4-4 against the number after a 38-20 loss to Philadelphia on the road in their last game while San Francisco coming off a 2615 loss to Houston. They’re 4-4 against the number this season, five-3 straight up. Um they’ve alternated wins and losses in six straight games. It’s just hard to really sort of find some sort of consistency for the San Francisco 49ers right now who have just like I said really had problems just in terms of you know consistently putting up points. The defense at times has not been what it’s been in past seasons for the niners. And granted health has been a part of that. You know they’re missing a fair number of pieces. You know M. Jones has been banged up. um you know, there’s been injuries throughout the uh you know, throughout the receiving core and stuff like that, but um I think this is a spot where San Francisco is really going to show up. I mean, you know, it’s supposed to potentially be the return of Brock Party here. We’re going to see who ends up getting the nod in this one. You know, M Jones, you know, full participant in practice as well. So, both those guys, I think, are still at play. But for for uh for New York, you know, you lost to uh you lost to the Philadelphia Eagles, but maybe even took the greater loss by losing Cam Scataboo for the season with that gruesome ankle injury. And um you know, for me, it’s just it’s a microcosm of Giants football over the last few years. I mean, it’s just this team can’t have nice things. And you go from a team that, you know, had wins over the Chargers and the Eagles at home and almost getting back to what could have been three and four going into that Eagles game before collapsing in the fourth quarter against the Denver Broncos to now being 2-6 once again on the outside looking in. As much as I like Jackson Dart and what he’s, you know, brought to this Giants team and I think he is a cornerstone for their future, it’s still, I think, just a little bit of a uh a tall task for him to try to bring this Giants team out of the fire. And I think that they’re up against it here. You know, this is still from a personnel perspective when healthy a very solid San Francisco defense. Like I said, they are dealing with some semblance of injuries here. But I think at the end of the day, I just think that we’ve seen New York struggle against, you know, less than what they’re up against here. And I think this is a spot where the San Francisco 49ers just need the win more. And I think that they come out and just, you know, get past the New York Giants here. So, I’m going to go roll with the uh the San Francisco Giants. This one I’m going to lay the two and a half. You could also take the money line if you wanted to around minus 140 – 145. But for me, it’s going to be uh it’s going to be Giants in this one. That’s going to be my free pick.
