The Bears are in Cincy today to take on the Bengals and this week's pizza is inspired by a big old bowl of the Cincinnati Staple, Skyline Chili, known for it's unique spice blend and various ways that it's served.

My pizza version will be the five way version starting out with a base of skyline chili and then gets topped with spaghetti, kidney beans, more skyline chili, mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.

After a quick bake in my Gozney Arc XL, the pizza is finished with diced white onions and the traditional MOUND of shredded cheddar cheese.

In my three years of Chicago Squares, I've made some wild pizzas, this one ranks up there as one the craziest but I swear it works. It truly tastes and looks like a bowl of skyline chili, which I kinda love, and the hint of cinnamon and nutmeg in the chili make it really pop.

Hopefully Caleb and the Bears offense can pop off today and help get the Bears get a W but no matter if they win or lose, atleast the pizza was good 🤷

  1. Just curious, after 3 seasons, what team was the hardest one to come up with a pizza for?

  2. You had me mortified… then it looked pretty good coming out of the oven and that looked awesome… then you put a bunch of cheese on it and it became an affront to God again 😂😂😂

  3. Eff cinnamon in chili, but this almost makes skyline appetizing looking.

Signed, guy who has a Skyline 4 way once every time I work in Cincy metro just to remember why I hate it.

  4. As a Dayton Alumni, Skyline is an affront to god, but this looks really good lol. Always love your pizzas man

  5. Got some Cincinnati style chili at a diner when catching a reds game once, very underrated
