As a Blue Jays fan, I am so angry at the universe right now for being a fickle bitch. To come so close, and have so many chances, it’s absolutely evil. First a HR by the #9 hitter, then Smith barely gets his foot back on home plate to get the out, then Clement only needs to hit it a few feet farther to walk it off only for Pages to make a spectacular catch….Fuck you universe…fuck you….
This will likely be one of the greatest Worlds Series and games you will ever witness in your lifetime.
