  1. Curious if yesterday’s game and the short week, too, have any influence either way on the Broncos’ approach to tomorrow’s deadline

  2. Despite what the masses say we do not need more at the WR position, RB room is fine and TE options like Njouku are no better than what we have with Engram on the offense anyway.

Hockenson would be the only major upgrade I can think of but Minn is likely not selling at their record right now.

Dont get your hopes up boys

  3. After watching the game in person yesterday we need a wr that’ll get open. The only time I saw anyone open is when he overthrew Evan only because the defensive player fell down.

  4. we should be throwing that extra 4th rounder we have at a handful of guys. maybe even a 3rd if you love the guy and hes under contract for years to come.

  5. Jakobi Myers… He gets open on 3rd down, he blocks, he catches, he eats at the finest restaurants with the hottest girls and wears the coolest clothes. If he’s in idk who is out tho… Sherfield?

  6. The most urgent position we need to upgrade is special teams coordinator and I would prefer not to spend draft picks on that.

  7. I’m assuming we can afford to take on more salary cap with us clearing the other $35m in dead cap next year from Russ.

  8. I do not want to make a big trade, especially at wide receiver. George Paton has been an excellent drafter, and I don’t want to take away his ammunition.

Instead of trading high picks for Waddle, I would prefer to draft Carnell Tate, Makai Lemon, Kenyon Sadiq, Jordan Tyson, etc and get them on a rookie contract. It’s better for the long term construction of this team.

  9. I dont want a lot for christmas

There is just one player I need

    Don’t care about the players

Other teams will give to me

I just want him for my own

More than you could ever know

    Make my wish come true

    All I want for deadline

    Is Waddle

  10. I’m honestly going to be so disappointed if we don’t make a splash before the deadline. We need to go all in right now. Another tight end or a true wide receiver two would fucking unlock this offense

  11. idk how unpopular this opinion is, but I think going and getting a middle/upper level lineman would go a long way on this squad.

  12. Dudes. How far down the league list of WRs would you find Franklin? Top 60?

Here are the teams with arguably worse WR2’s:

    Cleveland
    Vegas
    Tennessee

That’s about it. Many of the teams above have 3 wrs better than Franklin.

Franklin is currently 50th in the NFL in yards.

  13. I don’t think we’ll make a move. If we do though, I hope it’s for either Waddle or Njoku

  14. Bengals are probably selling after putting 42 on the Bears and losing.  Their offensive line is a disgrace to the NFL. Tee Higgins for McGlinchey and a 3rd rounder?

  15. I don’t see this team making a significant move. We’re 7-2, a think our ceiling is the conference championship this year, I’m expecting us to continue to build through the draft/free agency.

  16. I will die on the hill that a Franklin is not the present or future. A Waddle / Myers / Olave / Shaheed caliber addition would improve play for Bo, Sutton, and Engram, which will be night and day healthier for our offense and the current play calling. Watching each game, the reason why Franklin is getting so many looks is because all an opposing defense has to do is apply pressure to get into the backfield and put enough coverage on Sutton, and then Bo’s options are immediately limited.

  17. Draft class this year is bad I wouldn’t mind dealing a first for Waddle, Wilson or Olave

  18. What about trading for Tyquan Thorton, should be cheap as KC barely uses him now that Rice and Worthy are healthy. Would be nice to have a young deep threat to grow with nix

  19. I liked what Zac Stevens had to say about it on DNVR. Basically, if you’re gonna trade for someone make it a splash. Trading for someone like Shaheed doesn’t really move the needle and just adds on the the one-dimensional receivers we kinda already have. Instead, either don’t trade at all or trade for someone great like waddle or even olave
