The BEST CALLS and MOMENTS during the Dodgers’ World Series run in 2025! ๐๏ธ
It’s never a bad time for Shi Otani, who finished his 2025 regular season with a new careerhigh and a new franchise record, 55 home runs. Otani turns on a ball, hit deep to right field. It is gone. Show Otani kicks off the postseason with a bang. A rocket over the out of town scoreboard in right field. His leadoff shot makes it one- nothing Dodgers in a hurry. One- nothing Dodgers. Bottom three. Can they add to it? The one. Hernandez torches a ball left field. Way gone. A no doubt laser to left from Teay Oscar Hernandez. Three more on the board for the Dodgers. Otani. It’s a towering ball deep right field. He flips the bat and watches it fly. 34 of the way up the Pavilion. Just a mammoth blast for his second home run. And the Dodgers are pouring it on in game one. Yamamoto trying to wiggle out of a jam. Another one, two. Strike three. Swinging. Sits him down with a curve. Bases loaded. No outs. And Yamamoto leaves them loaded. Still 32 Dodgers in the middle of the six of game two. The two-2 pitch. Ground ball. Base hit right field. Otani pumps his fist as he runs up the line. Kik comes in from third. RV goes from first to third. 4-2 Dodgers as Otani comes through and now Shi Otani takes the mound. 100 starts in the regular season. This is number one in the postseason. Here’s the 2- two strike three swinging. Otani begins his postseason pitching career with a punch out. Payoff pitch swing and a miss. strike three and Otani again comes off the mound screaming and pumping his fist as he has pitched another one two3 inning. One, two, three in the six go the Phillies with bookending Ks. And so now it’s up to Tea Oscar Hernandez. It has been a tough night for Teao. He can make up for it with one swing. The pitch hit high in the air right center field. Bader on the run on the warning track. He’s at the wall. It’s gone. Teao time in game one. He flips the scoreboard with a threerun bomb. And all of a sudden, Citizens Bank Park resembles a library. Nice and quiet. That ball just continued to travel and travel. First and second, two outs. The 01. Otani swings, hits it on the ground. It’s into right field for a base hit. Green light for Muny. He’s in to score. Otani’s first hit of the division series adds another for LA. Make it four zip in game two. Vessia kicks and fires. Stock gets the bunt down to third. Picked up by Muny. He goes to third and Costanos is going to be out. They execute the play to perfection. Rick Mund. Absolute gutsy play by Maxy. Asaki hunkers down on the mound. Kicks and fires. Turner swings. Ground ball to second. Scooped up by Edmond. He throws first. dug out by Freddy Freeman. He picks it and saves the game. That’s a win for LA. And the Dodgers can exhale. This is game four of the division series against the Phillies in the 11th inning. Heart rates through the roof. The 01 pitch. Pah grounds it back to Kirking. He can’t find it. He throws home. It’s wide. Kim scores and the Dodgers are going to the championship series. Fireworks go off in center field. The Dodgers celebrate near first base on a ground ball pack to the pitcher. Andy Pahz somehow gets the job done. Full count. Patrick’s payoff. Freeman hits one high in the air right field. Drifting back. Cheerio on the warning track. He’s at the wall. It is gone. Freddy Freeman with a skyscraping home run here in game one. A ball that just kept on carrying and carrying and carrying out. Blake Snell steps back. Here’s his payoff. He struck him out. Froze with a curveball and Snellzilla terrorizing Milwaukee with eight shut out innings. So here we go. The two- two from Trinan. Terra strikes out swinging. Blake Trinan slams the door. That’s a win for LA. They hang on and take game one of the National League Championship Series by a final of two to one. A payoff from Peralta. Hernandez lifts one high in the air. Left field drifting back. This ball is gone. Teao ties it up with a solo home run to left field. Another 3-2 pitch on the way. Muny hits one in the air. Center field. Freelick. He is at the wall. This ball is out of hair. There’s that big swing. Okay, Maxy with a solo home run. 412 ft. No chance for Freelick to get that one. And it’s 3-1 Dodgers. 0 and2 on Vaughn. Pitch 111 coming from Yoshobu Yamamoto. Strike three swinging. Yoshobu Yamamoto goes the distance in game two. The Dodgers win five to one and take a two nothing series lead in this championship series. Yamamoto’s first complete game of his major league career in the first Dodger complete game in a postseason game since Lima time in 2004. The chance to start the scoring in game three. Bet swings base hit right center field into the gap. Otani rolls home. Bets heading for second. The throw in is laid. RBI double mookie bets and the Dodgers out of the gates in game three. One to nothing. Backto back extra base hits for the Dodgers here in the first inning. Dodger Stadium starts to stand. O2 pitch. Got him swinging. Otani then strikes out the side in the top of the first. Full count and now Kintana’s payoff pitch. Otani tease off deep right field. Johotani, one of one, a leadoff home run. 3/4 of the way up the right field pavilion. He strikes out three in the top of the first. A leadoff bomb in the bottom half. Simply amazing. Three balls in one strike. The right-hander Patrick deals and Otani towering wall. High drive right field. He’s done it again. Show Otani to the top of the pavilion in right field. 469 ft. The longest home run at Dodgers Stadium this year. 4 nothing Dodgers in game four. And Otani’s knocked in two of them. Incredible. Absolutely incredible. On a one-two terrain strikes out swinging sits him down with a splitter. back-to- back Ks to open the sixth and four in a row. He’s up to 10. So, Otani has to take time. He steps back in. One ball in two strikes. The big righty McIll sets on the mound. Here’s the pitch and Otani tries one left center field. Did you Shi Otani the stuff of legend? I don’t know how much more he can say about show Otani because he has done well in his career unbelievable things. Tonight he has done things that well you only dream about. I mean if you dare dream about it and normally you’re going to be awakened in the morning by mom and says hey it’s time to go to school. The Dodgers on the doorstep. The Brewers on the brink. First pitch hit in the air right field. Pah going back on the warning track. He makes the catch. ball game series. The Dodgers are going back to the World Series. That’s a sweep for LA. And for the fifth time in 9 years, the Dodgers plant the pennant right here in Los Angeles. Yoshobu Yamamoto, what does he have for an encore? 11 days ago, Yamamoto pitched a complete game gem. It’s a 3-2 Devaro and it is strike three. Froze him with a curve ball on a payoff. Yamamoto gives him strike three. 97 at the knees down the middle. A wave and a miss. Strike three. A curve ball hooks outside and sends Kirk back to the dugout. He sits him down with a fast ball at 97 at the bottom of the zone. He has retired 16 consecutive Blue Jays. Yoshobu Yamamoto back to the mound with 93 pitches. Just one run allowed. Now the 2-2. Guerrero hits a little number off the end of the bat to first base. Freddy Freeman scoops it up, shuffles over to the bag and steps on it all by himself. The 01. Kirk sprays it right center field. Dean hustles after it. He’s there making a sliding catch. Oh, what a play by Justin Dean. A ball in two strikes. Yamamoto steps back with the left leg, twirls and fires. Hit in the air left side of the infield. Muny going back. He calls for it and he makes the catch. Yoshobu Yamamoto complete and utter dominance yet again. Back-to- back complete games in the postseason for the Dodgers right-hander. And this time he does so on the road in the World Series. Sher approaching 50 pitches on a one-two. Otani turns one around deep to the right field corner. She’s gone. Postseason home run number seven for number 17. Two nothing Dodgers. [Music] Dominguez deals and Otani shoots one left field carrying back. It is out of hair. Otani stays on one. He is seven for his last seven at Dodgers Stadium with five home runs. We’re tied again in game three. Yep. Otani didn’t have to hit a home run, but feel free if you want to. Big guy. Full count on Freeman. Little delivers. Freeman hits one high in the air. Straight away center field. Varial at the wall. Freddy Freeman Mr. World Series ends the marathon at midnight. He is mobbed at home plate as the Dodgers walk it off in the bottom of the 18th inning. 65 the final to grab a 21 series lead. You want drama? Come to Dodger Stadium. Freddy Freeman let one fly to dead center field and he sends everybody home. The righty comes home. Jimenez flips it into left field. Hernandez charging. He makes the catch. The throwback to second. Here’s the play. The tag. He’s out. Kik Hernandez to Miguel Rojas and the ball game is over. What a play. Hernandez charging. I tell you what, that’s just a remarkable play because Kikan has never broke stride. Came in, caught the ball and on the run through to Rojas who made just an incredible stop on a one hop in time to get the runner. Addison Barger with a base running blunder for the ages. One out. Base is empty. 42 Jays. The 1-1 pitch. Muny launches in the air deep right field. This ball is gone off the ribbon inside the foul that here in Toronto we are within a run. The Dodgers down for three on a long home run for Max Muny. Well, Muny just stayed back on that pitch. Full count. Hoffman delivers. Rojos hits it in the air left field. This ball’s got some carry. It is gone. It’s gone. And game seven is tied. Miguel Roas off the bench in game six. On the board in game seven. This crowd, well, we talked about it in another series. This has turned into a library here. Miguel Rojas. He took the two two- two pitch, the slider upstairs, and he took the next pitch out of the ballpark. Ground ball to second. Rojos has it. He’s throwing home. And they get him in time. There was a brief stumble from Rojos at second base, but he recovered, planted, and threw home. And Kina Fa is deemed out. Bases loaded, two outs. the pitch. Clement lifts it in the air. Left field. Kik Hernandez running back. It’s in the gap. It is on the track. They converge. PZ reaches up and makes the catch as he crashes into Kik. Oh my gosh. We’re going to extra innings. A Yamamoto miracle in the ninth. Well, they put HZ in there for his throwing arm, the defense, because Pika Hernandez was playing shallow. He was going to have no chance to go back and get that ball. And the Dodgers with bases loaded and one out come up with two sparkling plays to take it to the 10th in game seven. The two Smith with a smash in the air to deep left field. This ball is out of here. Smith lets it fly and breaks the tie in game seven as number 16 stays clutch. Blue Jays on the corners. One out. The Dodgers lead by one. Broken back. Ground ball. Betts has it. Steps on the bag. The throw to first. Double play from backs against the wall to backto back. The Dodgers cement their dynasty. They win game seven. in extra innings. 54 the final. So, game seven of the World Series. It left its mark on baseball and the Dodgers prevail again. And what a ball game.
The Dodgers were MLB’s last team standing in 2025 and the journey to get to World Series Game 7 was nothing short of EPIC!

What a series!!! Never forget this one forever!!!
Fukuoka Hawks vs. LA Dodgers match please. I'm waiting for real world series
I've watched the home plate force out many times over the last few days but not with the ability slow it down. Smith has the ball and his foot down on the base before his foot lifts. Then when he replaces his foot he still beats the runner, but only by an inch or two. To believe he's safe is wishful thinking. Much love to the Blue Jays players.
This is crazy when you realize the dodgers drew basically every worst opponent they could in their path and just stomped them (except the jays) with a struggling offense
MAGA โพ๏ธ๐บ๐ธ๐ฝ
No Dodger fan cares, but the money that they have to spend is ridiculously unfair compared to the rest of the league. Their payroll was $75 million higher than the Jays this season despite Ohtani deferring his insanely high salaried contract until his contract is over. Ohtaniโs contract is worth double what the ENTIRE Blue Jays roster made as a team this year, but only $1 million of his 700+ million dollar contract was actually part of the payroll this year. AND yet with Ohtani only making a million this year, the Dodgers STILL have the highest payroll in baseball. Thatโs insane. The fact that they came back to win was impressive, but based on their payroll they should easily win EVERY YEAR. Also, Iโm not a Blue Jays fan so donโt think that this is being a sore loser in the Series. Itโs just a fact

I'm watching this everyday for an entire week.
All these post season games are real dramas having 17 episodes from WC, DS, ALCS and WS. Well written, nicely directed and excellently performed

If I need someone to push some buttons to safe my life, I will have Dave Roberts to push those buttons. Whatever heโs thinking is working. The dodgers had 9 lives and they burned 8 of them.

Ohtani!!! Letโs GOOOO!!!โคโคโคโค

That Muncy HR in game 7 seriously is underrated, right after blue birds scored 1, he got it right back and kept us in the hunt.
That double play in game 6 was so tough
It's Dodgers/Japan vs. Blue Jays
What a game 7, both team and fans hold their breath for so many times๐๐
