Game Highlights: Blues 3, Oilers 2

Henrik is going to take the face off against D’Vorski. Henrik wins it and Edmonton’s going to dump it in. Bennington will settle it down in behind the net. Kessle takes a swat at it. A big addition back to the lineup here as it goes down to the middle of the ice. Wrap around. Pickert stretching save and the rebound. One of the weird statistical anomalies that this season seems to be. They don’t have a win for it. Oilers walk it in front. Poke it around Frederick who came flying in. Kessle moves it ahead. Now Holloway takes it around Nurse. Dumps it in. It comes back to Holloway along the wall into Joseph. A shot on. Good save by Pickard. This was the Toyota key of the game. You had to limit. You got to limit yourself. This is where they can hurt you. Late in the first. Nan Hawkins finds McDavid. They shoot and score. Well, that’s how quick it goes. McDavid to Ross Leavic. 8 seconds into the power play in a period where you really didn’t give the Oilers anything. One chance on the power play and you’re trailing one- nothing. And then you’re going to see them move it down to Conor McDade. Bottom of your screen. He’s got options. He’s got dry side up front. He’s got the back door. And then with Roselovic, he’s also got his defenseman. I mean, just pick your poison. I mean, no one can break down and dissect the play and and do his checkdowns quite like McDavid. Look at that little sauce he puts underneath it, too. If it’s Guess who his coach was. Who is that? Gus Far. Holy cow. Yeah. So, this guy was destined for greatness. Yes, he was. Mike Matini, of course, big hockey fan and a big hockey family, too. Coming back to Thomas. Through he goes far wingo. Lets it fly. And oh, that hit Mi right in front of him. He’ll drop it off. That’s McDavid in near side. Score the four on two puts it to the back of the net. Two nothing Edmonton 227 into the second period. You’re going to see on our Briarito Robo Cam a fouron two exchange the other way. Conor McDavid leads the rush kicks it to the outside drives the middle and a seam pass across to Maja Pane. Alibaborski of course one of his biggest gifts is his one-time. Keep an eye on him on that far side. F to Thomas needing a goal. Down by two late in the second. 16 minutes gone. Four left. Thomas looking for a pass to B. Far wing wire. Score. One-time. D’vorski. First goal. First point in the National Hockey League. And he’s got the Blues on the board with hugs and smiles to perfection. Now Boravski wins the faceoff. What did that take? They’re looking for the one time. Look, he’s going to find himself in a soft little spot. Robert Thomas. He’s the conductor. There’s the pass to Faulk. F over to D’vorski and B. It’s just that this place will erupt if the Blues can get the equalizer before the end of the period. Rober down low. Snugaroo turns, centers. Oh, wire Thomas. He scores. Two. Robert Thomas ties it up. 122 to go. Second period. The top line that’s been going all night long. Look at the button up right there by Jimmy Stugaruto looking for that next wave. Broberg misses and Robert Thomas. Johnny on the spot. Look at him right there. He sniffs it out. He stops. He watches the direction off of the board as it comes to the plate. that are going to be the best we’ve seen in Blues jerseys in a long time. I really do believe that Sudter walks it in, drives the goal. Blues pick it up. Shen wraps it nearly straight away. Perico on rebound. They score. Sudter on the doorstep. Touchs it home. 32 Blues. 123 to go. Had an opportunity earlier in the game. He missed short side. He’s not going to miss this one. What a play by Braden Shen. He’s going to TF Colton. Shoot the puck. Big boy. He does it from the outside. He’s got traffic in front. There’s the Howitzer and Johnny on the spot. Pew Sudter goes backhand, forehand, tucks it in. Look at He’s pumped up. Why wouldn’t he be? And the Blues. They got the Blues with a tire group. Bouncing puck out of the zone. Blues get to it. Hugad chips it back to center. Three to go. That’ll do it. Take that piano off your back. Chuck it in the Mississippi.

Dalibor Dvorsky scored his first NHL goal and the St. Louis Blues rallied to a 3-2 win against the Edmonton Oilers on Nov. 3, 2025, at Enterprise Center. Robert Thomas scored the tying goal and Pius Suter scored the game-winner with 1:23 remaining in the game to get the Blues the victory.
